Bed was comfortable. Sink and mirror were in the main area with carpet. Vanity light was so dim it was hard to see. Room was in poor shape.

Pool closed, hot tub closed, beds hard and springy, hair in the shower stall. The people were great but their policies for what they offer are highly restrictive and unfair. Parking sucks. I’m not going to stay there again.

Ick ick ick. Saw several cockroaches. Dirty bed spread. Stains on the ceiling and floor. Tiny pillows - more like couch pillows. “Out of order” laundry, spa, and pool (or just too lazy and cheap to maintain it). No breakfast, not even lobby coffee. Greasy, dirty windows that haven’t been cleaned in years. Disgusting ironing board cover with stains all over it. Icky neighborhood (police busted people twice in the parking lot over the course of the 2 days we stayed there) and lots of transients and homeless. Staff who obviously don’t care one iota. Threadbare and holes in towels. Peeling paint. Mold smell in bathroom from shower curtain. If you’re just looking for a really cheap place to stay to save a buck, by all means go for it (tho there are much cheaper places to say). But be forewarned it will be exactly as I wrote about.

Inside the hotel and room is very clean and staff if frienly. Outside of the property feels a little sketchy because people are just hanging around, bummy like.

Very basic, no frills, place to rest. Rooms were clean, showers hot, and AC blasting cold air. However mini fridge did not work nor did the TV remote. Breakfast was nothing more than bagel, biscuit, cereal, or waffle. No protein, no fruit, no refrigeration.

My stay was good. My room was clean and modern, no issues. Easy location to get to off the freeway. I did not have any issues with the hotel, seemed like a decent place to stay.

The staff were not very friendly. Cleaned up breakfast while people were still coming in at 925. They were children and the worker quickly moved all the food away. When I asked him to bring back food for the boys as it wasn’t even 930 they didn’t understand English. Or at least pretended. There was a poor variety of food for breakfast. The waffle iron cleaner is on the counter and people use it like spray Pam, but it’s a cleaner! Not food. There was little to no juice in the machine. The milk was left on the counter. No ice. No fridge. Our sink was clogged and didn’t drain. The shower poorly hooked up and most water didn’t make it to the shower head. Hot was on the wrong side. Carpets in the whole building dirty. No elevator.

I was traveling for business, and tried the hotel. There were a lot of sketchy, people out and about the parking lots, there were some sort of juice type stains on the closet walls, and in the morning when I wanted to shower, someone else’s hair was left in the shower… I won’t personally go back to this one.. it’s not a for females traveling alone hotel…

Even though the property was right next to the railway and just 2 blocks to the expressway it was quiet. I also liked that access to the inner corridor was by key card. Didn’t like that my room was adjacent to the ice machine. Foot traffic until 2am.(leaves you tired the next day.) Overall it was a pleasant experience and the room was updated and clean. Oh almost forgot loved the pictures in the room of different scenic spots of the valley.( nice touch):)
