The night clerk insisted on a $100 cash deposit. He stated could not accept credit card and the ATM in the lobby was available. I have been using this location for several years but will not return

This hotel is not what it is out to be. Dirty sheets and all the rooms smell like smoke was very quick to ask for a refund.

Walked in to check in to be greeted by a locked lobby door and a small window to speak through. While waiting to be checked in, another person staying at the hotel was cancelling her room for the weekend and demanding a refund due to drugs being taken on the second floor and the rooms being absolutely disgusting. My friend and I did not feel safe at all, so we decided to cancel our reservation. When walking to our car, there was a used condom in the parking lot. If you are a young female, or anybody who prioritizes safety, please do not stay here.

This hotel was awful!!! Dirty, smelly and not at all friendly this company should close this hotel. The sheets looked dirty and the whole room smelled. I didnt have a choice the power went out and nothing else was available I have 2 small kids.

I wasn't as satisfied with our room at all but it was the only one i could find last minute. I would wake up in the middle of the night to random people knocking on our window and the service there wasn't so good either. Not clean and there were bugs in our room. Black mold on our curtains too. Just very unsatisfied.
