It just was not great comfort. Bed waa like sleeping on one mattress and the bed frame

They need to test their air conditioners to make sure they are operating properly. It took three rooms to find a functional AC unit. The first room they gave me, the AC was set to 61 degrees, obviously been running all day and it was humid in the room. The maintenance people are phoning it in I guess, need to do their job.

The cleaning of the hotel is very poor because it wasn’t cleaned and I requested for the cleaning and it wasn’t cleaned but the staffs were friendly thank you

Stay was very good, no complaints. Front desk staff was very nice each day and night. Room had very minor issues as any room will nothing to complain about. Area was very quiet, very low traffic noise. Breakfast was good.

Our room had a broken safety lock on the door and upon request for a new room the front office guy tried to reassure us that it would be fine and it was a good neighborhood. We ended up getting another one with a lock but that interaction gave us uncomfortable vibes. We payed extra for a hot tub, but the whole bathroom smelled like mildew and the hot tub jets and shower curtains looked orange, moldy and disgusting. The room itself seemed clean except near the couch where the floor felt sticky. Ac was fine, bed seemed clean, although there was a random brown smudge spot on the pillow and someone else's hair on the towels we had in our bathroom. If you have noisy people above your room good luck getting some quality sleep as you can hear the wood creek and people walking. Won’t be staying again.

Front desk was wonderful, accommodating and check-in was quick and hassle free. Those folks were awesome!
But the room and cleanliness however was terrible. My room still had cleaning supplies sitting on the desk. The shower was not clean and had hair on the shower walls from the last guest. Dirt and hair on the bedsheets. Stains on the couches. Dirty used cups stacked next to the ice bucket. Not to mention I could hear every step the people above me made, and my floor creaked and buckled. I picked this location because it was conveniently located next to my office but I will be staying elsewhere when I come to town for future visits.

The property was older and out of the way for my trip. Some of the things in my room were older and needed updating. It was very quiet and the people were super nice.

when i get there they didn’t have my reservation. get to my room it’s disgusting and ac smelt like mildew. requested a new room and received an attitude from the front desk guy. the pillows aren’t actually pillows it looks like couch pillows in pillowcases. i didn’t enjoy my stay. i won’t be staying here ever again.

It was in a nice area. Only problem was that it was hot in our room. I understand the weather is hot outside. AC stayed on while we were exploring. But when we got back it was so uncomfortable and even trying to sleep through the night was really hard. Wished they would of added a little more for the breakfast. But overall I liked it.

When you first walk into room 307 you smell mold. My husband went to the front desk to let them know and we were told housekeeping would be sent and that we are more than welcome to spray air fresheners to cover the smell not provided of course. There is mold in the air unit, sink, and behind the toilet. Housekeeping came and removed our trash bag that I personally bought and replaced it with a cheap one and replaced our towels. No mold was cleaned. At all. Trash from previous guest were left in the room. The non smoking room had burn holes on the sheets. Just terrible altogether. Won’t return

The whole reason i booked the room was for the jetted tub...that didn't even work. By the time i discovered it, it was late at night & was only staying one night but what a waste of money. Hotel is outdated as well, needs a major upgrade.

Staff was very helpful. However, the condition of the facility does not live up to the Comfort Suites I expected. The closet door didn't stay closed and several things in the hallway were beat up. Some signs were unreadable.

Was one of the worst $100 hotels Ive ever stayed in. Card key only worked for one entry. Breakfest was a huge joke and the beds felt like I was sleeping on a hockey stick. Dont stay here. There are 4 hotels within a quarter mile.

Nice place to stay in a quiet and convenient neighborhood.
The breakfast buffet had a good selection, rooms were nice and clean. The only thing made noise in the room was the wall AC& Heater unit made a lot of noise( set on Heating).

Very friendly and helpful gals checking us in late in the evening, after delayed flight and snow storm and no dinner, they opened the breakfast area so we could make hot waffles!

The hotel was quiet and convenient, however these are the items that were issues. Door lock was broken, Curtains torn, no iron or ironing board, and the phone by the bed was broken and didnt have a cord, light bulbs missing in the lamps. I read a note when i was leaving they are trying to get to a 10, but about 3-4 and that may be generous would be what i would give. it was not real secure with the security lock broken as you can see in the pics.

Our door security lock was broken off, as if the door had been kicked in. We used the ironing board under the door knob because it was late and we were exhausted. EVERYTHING is an extra fee...towels, clock, blsnkets, pillows, etc. Six of us were supposed to share supplies for 4, but i had taken extra.
Staff was friendly and breakfast was excellent. Facilities were clean. The nickel and diming for "extras" that should be included, though, will be why we will not return. As well as lack of a security lock. Not sure how a missing lock, and chunk of tbe door, could be overlooked or ignored.
