The room was nice, smelled clean and everything worked like it should have. The hallway was littered with trash and many teens high and loitering about playing video games. Looked like an underage weed party. Not my kids but management didn't seem to care as long as they got paid. The outdoors property had trash all
Over it also. Windham usually doesn't have such run down looking properties. I did feel safe and there was bugs in my room. The stay overall was average as expected

Carpets in the hallways and stairways were dirty. Once in my room there was a layer of dust on the bathtub ledge. Bathtub looked dirty overall. Lights in half the room did not work. The fabric on the recliner was ripped in several places. Floor in room was not clean.

The hotel was in disrepair & not very clean. We had one bath towel & one hand towel for three people. They advertise breakfast & it consisted of a waffle maker & that was all. They did have coffee maker.

The first room they put us in hadn't been cleaned, dirty towels , beds unmade ¬hing had been stocked. Complained to the desk clerk who was apologetic checked us into another room quickly . He even checked to make sure this room was clean. The motel is run down and looks a lot older than it should. I kinda felt sorry for the clerk , after all there is only so much he can do .

The breakfast was terrible, there is only a waffle machine and coffe, thats it. Waffle machine was dirty and burnt. Also you can hear everyone on the other rooms, specially first floor, otherwise was clean and comfortable
