We booked non smoking room, but the room all over smells cigarette even the bedding, 4am early in the evening people talking loudly in the hallway that scared, breakfast including in the booking but only coffee and packed muffin, and the AC is very loud ,the worst stay ever!

The bedspread and blanket had multiple burn holes. The carpet was extremely dirty.

After arriving and Check2 rooms both had bad odors. The staff tried to acomodate us and showed us six other rooms. All had bad odor or smelled of cigarette. When i finally selected a room i saw 4 cigarette burns on the on one of the comforters.
Needless the say i chose not to stay.

The property is very old, not well maintained.Carpets inside the rooms are very old and dirty, and smells.Everything is outdated. The charge is not worth it! Too expensive for this kind of accommodation!I am not recommending it!

I was a great a fabolous visit me and my husband are regales there and its alwsys nice and friendly service ☺☺

This whole experience was awful. When we arrived the man at the counter was rude & when we got to our room it was filthy. If we had of had more time we would have looked for another place to stay but we had a concert to get to. When we got back to the room, we took showers with our water shoes on & luckily had slippers with us to wear. I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone.

It smelt like nasty cigarettes, rust stains in the bath tub, dirt all on the floor and bathroom. Broken door knob, stained couch, stains on the walls, etc.. the Indians that run the front office were rude and very unprofessional. I don’t suggest anyone waste their money here.

Bed was comfortable. I am handicapped but I am as given a room with a tum. I needed a walk in shower. For two nights I put up with a tub but it was difficult.

For the money paid, a room in Florida with a door gap, non working TV and fresh drywall patched everywhere should have been half the price. Good thing I was alone and exhausted. Zero standards!

First of all, parking a 70 ft rig can be a challenge in the middle of a city. This place has easy, great truck parking 3 miles from my customer, the manager was polite, knowledgeable and friendly, the room was 5 Star clean, very quiet, and tv was good. Lots of food and shopping choices nearby. I put it in my GPS as i plan on using it again!

I wouldn't stay there again, I asked for a non-smoking room and the room smelled like smoke, which was supposed to be a non-smoking room. They said they serve breakfast? Which was coffee and a muffin, they should make that known in the advertisement.
