Amazingly comfortable bed and wonderfully yummy breakfast options. Both times ive stayed we've had a pet friendly room, so others may be different, but the bathrooms could get a small boost to match the level of the overall vibes, and the lack of a microwave was a bit disappointing too; but VERY clean, beautiful hotel for an incredibly good price compared to its loval competition.

Dirty Hotel. After we checked in we immediately noticed what we assumed to be a certain "bio-hazard" stain on the bed comforter. We left the room, saw the manager in the hallway and told her what we saw and would be requesting a refund. Got to the desk and was told by the manger she checked us out but we would have to get our refund through Hotels.com. I reached out to Hotels.com for a refund, they had to call the Rocklin Park Hotel to confirm what happened, and now they are disputing the refund claim. So I guess this review with photos cost me $150.

The host was very helpful in getting us a free room upgrade which was very nice and getting us drinking water which she did not need to do. The floors seemed to need to be cleaned as they were sticky to walk on. There was no soap in the dispenser in the shower which made an less than desirable shower experience.

After 20 minutes of waiting I was given keys to an occupied room with a balcony. Headed back to get a new room. This time there was no balcony even though it was promised. Next day after we got back from brunch the manager said we were supposed have checked out. I had reservations for 2 nights. Somehow they had me for only one night!! Terrible experience.

I stay in approximately 12-18 different hotels A year in all different price ranges , for business and pleasure. This was absolutely the worst experience ever. We tried to check in at 10:00pm with our 2 kids after my daughter's softball tournament and were told they didn't have a room clean! 30 minutes later we walked into our room to find a dirty bathroom, with a dirty toilet, shower and towels. They sent the cleaning person up to clean it as we waited in the room. Still no towels. At this point , we were just ready to get some sleep. At 2:45 am , my wife yelled at me, "get up! Someone is in our room!" Yeah, that would've been cool I awoke to out of a deep sleep to see a man in our door way! I jumped up an chased him out to the hall to find out he was sent by the manager to clean the room! He said he was told it was vacant. Absolutely insane! Dave Brown

We arrived at 5pm which is 2 hours after check in time and still had to wait another hour for the room to be cleaned. The manager stated that they were busy last night and got behind. Do businesses no long care about customer experience?
