The room had a weird smell and the shower head could use a good cleaning had alot of water stain

My sister and I stayed at this hotel on November 20th for one night before our cruise, and it was such a pleasant experience! Martha checked us in, and she went above and beyond to help sort out a reservation issue. Fran, the other front desk clerk, was also incredibly friendly and helpful. Both of them made us feel so welcome and comfortable. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again whenever I’m in the Melbourne area visiting family. Thank you, Martha and Fran, for making our stay so enjoyable!

It was a nice room for a great price and Martha at the front desk was so nice! Only 15 to 20 minutes from the beach and only 5 minutes from Brevard Zoo which was nice. Plus a walmart near by incase you forgot any essentials for your trip.

The entire staff was extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. The cons are the rooms are very humid to where the beds/sheets feel moist, the a/c didnt seem to work well and the pillows were very flat as if you didnt have one at all

My disappointment come froms the room not smelling fresh .

I ended up at this property exhausted and scared after we discovered mold in my apartment. Totally I spent a week here. I was a single female here and everyone was very warm and welcoming. I was alaways running out to work on my apartment but caught their breakfast one morning. The waffles were absolutely delicious. I highly recommend la Quinta to your stay.

This hotel is awful, check in was late for me no one around to help when I first arrived, the place is old and in need of refurbishing, the room wasn’t really prepared with any eye to detail, coffee machine but no coffee or tea available, the pictures on the website do not show its real state, very low quality and price is high based on the actual quality of the place , would never stay or recommend this place to anyone . This was a bad mistaken wishing I had gone else where .

There are two types of (affordable) hotels: 1) ones that are basic, but are nice enough to allow you to sleep, shower and watch to comfortably or 2) ones that are so filthy you sleep on top of the bed with your clothes on ( including shoes) out of fear that you might end up coming in contact with any material that may be on the surface of the bed.

The hotel is under renovation so the facility and the rooms weren't five-star but were livable. The hotel staff were amazing, the young man who checked us in and the older gentleman who checked us out were very accommodating, Shantae the staff member in charge of breakfast was amazing as well, but Ms. Martha the all-around jack of all trades was fantastic.
