This Super 8 is the best, when we walked in it was like we all knew each other. The room was smaller than we expected but comfortable. We will be going back to this hotel.

Was fine, checked in went great great stay, not a lot of amenities free breakfast was just muffins and juice and coffee, but for the cost savings you can’t beat it. If you want a clean room at a low price this is your place

Great hotel, check in was top and receptionist was really helpful and very welcoming answering all my numerous questions.
Breakfast is nothing but juice and coffee, nothing else! I had to go a little bit further for a real one!
Bed was not as comfortable.
Nevertheless I liked the place and raté was acceptable.

Tyler at front desk was amazing. Had problems with our reservation and he accommodated to our every need. Super friendly an excellent customer service which you don’t see that anymore anywhere!!! Thanks for a wonderful experience!!!

The good..Room was clean, a/c was cold and the bed was comfortable.
The bad.. employees was rude and acted like you was a hindrance to even check in.. what about the breakfast you may ask? DYKTMM? MUFFINS... and juice...thats it VERY disappointing, like just come out and say "hey you're better off planning on eating out for breakfast everyday"
The ugly.. rooms was NO smoking but it didn't stop people from smoking on the balconies, couldn't even sit and enjoy because of the smoke, and employees/people smoking at the entrance.

The room was average clean, beds were in poor shape, very lumpy and soft. The room had a stale small. The bathroom was in poor shape, with peeling wallpaper, stained shower and sink was cracked. The heat lamp did not work.

I've stayed here two times , both were with friendly service ' Coffee taste good but really would have liked a breakfast area to sit at ' Overall all was a pleasant stay '

The jetters in tge tub one only worked room was nice but no room service they need more washers & dryers but all in all it is a nice place to stay

Air Condition didn't work well in the first room. The staff was very quick to offer another room. Very nice hotel staff, very clean and convenient to the attractions.

Well first the property is nice compared to others. I wanted the jacuzzi room I paid almost $200 for it just for that reason. My room was clean but the balcony needed a little cleaning and windows. The room had a bad smell in it, the tub was nice and big but didn't work. So I told the man at the front desk and he did not do anything about it nor did the woman at checkout. Paying for a room with a Jacuzzi tub and it not work is just ridiculous. I feel like I should had gotten a different room or somehow compensated for it but I got nothing but rude. I come to Cherokee alot but I will not stay here again and I would not recommend to anyone

Our first visit to Cherokee North Carolina. & first time to visit casino! Had a real good time! Staff was friendly and helpful! Definitely will be back and recommend this property to family and friends!

Staff is friendly and helpful. Been here dozens of stays. I think the hotel needs a makeover. A little paint, change out the old faucets. The rusty hardware on the doors need paint. Maybe more breakfast items, perhaps a protein like yogurt or egg sandwiches? But I do sleep great on the beds. Rooms are clean. No bugs! So I will keep coming back.
