Other than the following problem, my stay was perfectly fine: 1. When I arrived at the airport and called for the free shuttle, I had to let the phone ring about 20 times before anyone picked up. Then I asked for the shuttle to pick my up and was told it would arrive shortly. I ended up waiting for nearly 30 minutes, but no shuttle bus. So I called again, but this time after letting the phone ring over 20 times I hung up and took a taxi, which cost $25 (I might have gotten ripped off on the fare, but I wasn't in the mood to argue at that point). When I arrived at the hotel and explained to the person at the front desk, who was apparently the one I spoke to on the phone, she apologized, but I didn't feel she actually cared that much. She did wave my early check-in fee, but that did not compensate for the loss of time, frustration of standing out in the cold at the airport (Minneapolis in December) for 30 futile minutes, or the cost of the taxi. I originally chose this hotel in large part because of the free shuttle. If I knew I'd be paying an extra $25 plus tip for a taxi from the airport to the hotel, I would have chosen a different hotel. I should note that the woman in charge of the front desk the following morning was perfectly nice and efficient, as was the shuttle bus driver to the airport on my way back.

Everything was good except for the fact hotel guests have to pay for parking. I am already laying to stay in hotel, I should not have to pay for parking too.

The bar needs some work the bar tender did not know how to make any drinks. We had to leave our reservation early do to a family emergency only stayed one night of our four night stay asked if we could get a refund on the nights we didn’t stay but never heard anything from management and still got charged for all four nights.

Was a good night sleep. Staff was really friendly. Shuttle service was great and drivers were excellent.

Pool area was freezing, making it unenjoyable to let kids stay very long to swim. Pool was not warm enough either. Worried we would all get sick hanging in the pool/ area.

I came to Minnesota to put my father on Hospice and I stayed at this hotel my last night. The only thing was, was given a room right next to the elevator, that I would hear all night, and had to be up at 3am to catch my flight. I went back down and asked for a different room and told the woman the situation. She was really great about it. Every employee I ran into was very kind and helpful. When I check out at 3:45am, the woman behind the desk was great! It wasn’t time for breakfast but she still went and found me what I was looking for to eat. I was treated very well and it was the best room out of the 3 that I stayed in for my trip! Very friendly, helpful and kind! I will definitely stay there again!
