Clean, pet friendly and comfortable for great price. Dogs still stay free at this location, which is rare. Great free breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay. Our puppy was happy as long as he could look out the window. We will get a bigger room next time. Excellent change to tv satellite companies. Convenient for all our appts. Do need new pillows. But bed was comfortable

3 days in this pet friendly nice hotel. We ate at the Mexican restaurant across the parking lot and it was both convenient and good.

It was a small room but nice enough but the coffee pot was broken and the faucet in the sink was broken and the shower didn’t work right

Would not recommend, will not be staying here ever again. When we arrived we were given the room right next to the elevator, on the first floor. We asked for another one, and there was only one other, which was provided, but when we walked into our room and it STUNK like mildew. We ended up turning off the AC unit and that helped, but then it's hot/muggy/less smell, but still smelly. The walls were paper thin - we were able to hear the neighbors TV, opening a drink, sneezing - all through the wall. I think the people above us rearranged their whole hotel room based on the noise. The breakfast was nothing special, I'm not sure where other people have been having hotel breakfast and rave about this one, but this was typical for most hotels. Positive - the room was very clean and close to the highway

I have reviewed this hotel previously and found it to be more than adequate, however, this time I discovered the BR sink was once again clogged. Seems to be a recurring problem. Response was once again slow, but once again, addressed. After we arrived home, I discovered that Expedia was paid but we were charged hundreds of dollars extra with no explanation. I called the hotel several times and it took several days for the manager to call me back and promise a refund. Some money was refunded based on "trainee" staff, but the charges are so convoluted that I believe I'm still overcharged a significant amount. I will let it go as I don't have the time to deal with it. I will not stay here again as I am not a lawyer not an accountant.

We enjoyed our stay. The entire property is clean and comfortable. Our room was spacious! The bed was really comfortable- we actually overslept because of it. Next time we go to Des Moines we’ll stay here again.

We have stayed here twice. We enjoy the hotel very much. Everyone is nice, and updated throughout the hotel. Flowers are beautiful around the patio area. Only thing that would be nice is if they fixed the jets in the hot tub. Only half work.

The property is clean. Our dogs did not like the dogs next door. Front desk changed rooms for us.

Check in was easy; parking was very accessible; the complimentary breakfast and the pet-friendly options were a huge plus for us. Our room was right next to the elevator which made it easier for my spouse who lives with a disability. The beds were comfortable and the staff was very helpful. Easy access to the interstate and there are two gas stations and some restaurants very close by. We would stay here again and recommend it to other travelers.

Very clean and appeared to be newly renovated. Staff was friendly. Bed was comfy. No complaints. If I had to be nit picky I’d say the bathroom needed a little maintenance. Nothing serious just a loose shower handle, the covers for the safety handles were were not anttached, and a running toilet which I repaired. You’re welcome.
