Very disappointed

The elevator was scary as it made lots of noise and shook at every floor. Took the stairs for the rest of the time. At the bottom of the stairs was lots of old air conditioners from the rooms. Plus lots of other stuff they were throwing out. Not a good look.

They double charged me twice

It was fine, I won’t stay there again. They did say they are doing remodels but that would have been nice to know before booking. Some of the amenities I specifically wanted were closed because of the remodel

our room was clean, the hotel smelled clean. We were extremely disappointed in the swimming pool being closed, and we wanted a drink at the bar before bed. We were on trip for a sporting event with several families and the kids wanted to swim and the parents wanted a drink.

Clean hotel, extremely kind staff, exceptional service. It was convenient being so close to shops and restaurants. There’s still some construction happening on the 2nd floor, but my friend and I were not affected by that at all. Thank you for the comfortable stay!

2 of the 3 EV car chargers weren’t working and the one that was was plugged into a car that was fully charged but the customer wouldn’t answer his phone or door so I was unable to charge my car overnight. I chose this hotel for the EV charging. It shouldn’t be advertised as such if 2 out of 3 are broken and they are aware of this.

When I booked the room it was advertised as a King bed with a Sleeper Sofa. There was NO Sleeper sofa. It was a rock hard couch with a pull out trundle that did not pull up level with the sofa. We had 3 people, 1 person had to sleep on that rock hard couch. When told they could upgrade our room, told we would be charged more to upgrade. Housekeeping never came to clean the room or offer clean linens or towels. They filled in the pool with cement. The hotel was under renovations, no gym, no restaurant,. None of this was communicated when I made the reservation.

We had cars broken into in the parking lot. Received an email on the day we were to arrive that they were under rennovation and that the bar and dining areas would be closed.

Good quality experience

When I arrived, I was notified that the elevators did not work. The building has been under heavy construction for at least 1 year. The only floors (4 floors total) that are in condition sufficient for hotel accommodations are the first and fourth. I had to lug my luggage up and down 4 flights of stairs. There used to be a pool, a bar and restaurant. There are none of these things now. At 10-minutes to 9PM my second night on the fourth floor, construction work involving heavy equipment and drilling began above me on the roof. When I called the concierge desk I was given long silence, and after a pause, a "eh, OK.... I'll have to tell them to stop work." It wasn't cheap, either. Considering the location, a strip mall farther from downtown than the airport, this was the most unexpectedly terrible hotel stay I've ever had, without any notice, as Expedia did not accurately describe this property.

I ordered and paid for a king bed suite. They said they gave my room away and put me in a 2 single bed room. TV did not work . Elevators were broken and they put me on the 4th floor.8 flights of steps for a 73 year old man. This place should be shut down by the health department. Will never stay in a 4 points again. I did get a laugh though when I went to a meeting this morning and told the 20 participants about the 4 points dumpster fire.

Only downfall is that it is under construction but I was not disturbed by it at all. Might bother others

I was informed the night before my arrival that the hotel was under construction. Yes, I could have rebooked elsewhere, but all the rooms in the area were booked. This should have been stated at the time of booking. There was not enough lighting in the room for the evenings. There was only 1 mirror, so if someone was in the restroom, no one else could get ready. The luggage rack had what looked like dry wall dust all over it from the construction. The heater was so loud every time it went on. Each morning we were woken up by some type of construction noises. The bathroom was nice, and the two gentlemen working the desk were also very kind. This was the first time I booked through hotels.com, and could be my last. So disappointing.

I didn't know until the day before my stay that this property was under construction. Too late to make a change, unfortunately. I was given one of the newly renovated rooms. It was nice. The bar and restaurant were closed, of course, which was inconvenient. I was lucky to have a very convenient, walkable place right behind the hotel. Staff was pleasant and I got a free bottle of water!

This was one of the worst experiences I have had using an online app to book a hotel. This hotel should not have been listed to provide rooms to guests. I received an email the evening before after the cancellation window had closed saying they were renovating the lobby and the restaurant and bar would not be available. It was much worse than that. There were no facilities. The lobby and the rest of the hotel were under construction. The hallway was filled with construction materials and equipment. It took over 15 minutes for someone to come to the “front desk”. There appeared to be a few rooms that were available. The other rooms were open and filled with construction materials. The room was listed as a king bed and pull out sofa but there was only a chair and no sofa. None of this was mentioned when I booked the room. This was disgraceful and I cannot believe that Expedia offered this hotel as a legitimate option. This was an unbelievable experience. I could continue this rant but it would not alleviate my sense of how inappropriate this experience has been. The facility should be ashamed, as should Expedia for listing it.

The hotel was under construction and this was not disclosed when I booked. They did send an email about it the day of my check in when I was already in transit.

The entire property was going through a total renovation. Received an email the day of travel. Nothing we could have done. Employees were fine, but this hotel should not have been open. Expected more from this chain. Was surprised when I got such a good rate for this hotel. Found out why when I got there.

Place is under complete renovation and should not be offering rooms. I was given a "renovated" room, the renovation team must have been a cheap one. Shower handles loose, door missing screws, horrible furniture, bed right nest to a/c unit, matress smaller than box. Was there for 1 hr and left in the middle of the night

Hotel was undergoing renovations so many of the amenities were not available to us when we stayed. Hotel also didn’t have tv service at the time we stayed.

This place was horrible. Elevator was iffy on whether I'd make it to the 4th floor. Almost every amenity listed was unavailable because of renovations. TV service did not work. To top it off, I was double charged and keep getting the "it is a hold only" from staff members. The hold processed as a payment and now I have to get a refund. I only booked here for the Tesla chargers. Thankfully, they worked.

Between the renovations and lack of amenities this place should be a no go for any future visitors. Worst hotel experience I and my family have ever had. Screws and wall/ceiling debris all over the floor. Unreliable workers that say one thing then lie to cover their own butts. Reno’s at all hours of the night. A elevator that wasn’t up to code. They should have shut down for the renovations and not open back up. Worse experience of my life. Will do everything in my power to make sure my friends and family never experience this place. I’m not the type of person to leave a bad review but I can’t come up with one nice thing to say about it.

They had construction going on

There was no accommodation for the pool. The building was being renovated. It looked unsafe. So many safety hazards. The elevator was scary. I would’ve never booked had I known the hotel was under reconstruction. This hotel should be closed until they finish. I feel like I was put on the floor that was very unsafe

Probably should have been closed for the renovations. The elevator felt extremely unsafe. The walls and ceilings showed signs of major building shifting. Also, no privacy due to the joining room doors. You can hear every word. The main door didn't want to easily shut. It's probably time to tear down and rebuild by the looks of things.

Even though breakfast lounge and 3rd floor were under construction the property was quiet and clean and rooms were large. Nice spot.
