Room was cleaned and confortable. We stayed safe overnight with an U-HAUL trailer. Also it’s a pet friendly motel.

The walls had holes, the linen was dirty and dingy looking, the room had a very bad smell, and the lights were dim and yellow. Did not feel like a safe area, and the door did not secure enough to feel safe.

Hotel was clean. We had no issues. They have rooms with three beds, which is great for a family of four. The only issue was the A\C didnt get that cold.

This place is a dump. Very old and in a terrible neighborhood. Our room faced a busy city street with street racers blasting by until midnight. If hadn’t missed our time to cancel I would have.
Remove this property asap.

Broken air conditioner was left near the front door. The office/check in area was quite noticeably in disarray.
The staff was courteous. The tub drain plug did not work and needed to be fixed. This was done after our 2nd night there. I spoke to them after the 1st night about the problem.

They used a carpet cleaner on our room before we got in and the carpet was still wet. Everything in the room was in working order and the staff was all extremely pleasant. Very close to the water park and Fonner park so easy to access multiple things to do. Breakfast options were very standard fare for continental breakfast. Would stay here again. Very no frills.
