Hotel Diane Dauphine was such an amazing place to stay. The staff was great and accommodating, loved all the littles touches of having hot wine and gingerbread every evening and the breakfast aaa bar far the best I’ve seen at a hotel!

The hotel has perfect location and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The only issue was the internet is very bad in the rooms.

We were only at the hotel to sleep. Everything was satisfactory and the staff were excellent.

Everything okay unless the paperthin windows. You‘ll hear the street (metro right in front of the house, some drunk people) the whole night. I don‘t get why they don’t have a better isolation!

Nice room and kind staff. Close enough to city center. Parking in underground is small so be careful. Public parking is available within 2 minutes walk.

It is not a 4 star hotel. There were many disappointed things during my stay at this hotel. Summirizing them: 1. The wifi signal is bad. Unless you are at the corridor outside the room you can connect but even if you can connect the speed is extremely slow. 2. Pillows are disgusting. They were not white anymore, they were with yellow stain and when I ask them to change them then they told me they can not because for them it is normal that the pillows look like that. 3. Elevator is really uncomfortable and old. 4. The breakfast is not as it is shown on the pictures. For the price you have to pay, It is better if you just buy something else outside for a lower price.

Breakfast variety was old but several things (some cakes and fruit) were not always very fresh. Cleaning was ok. Good position near the Center. For the price we paid, it was good value for money
