The pool gave me an eye infection because of how much chlorine was put it in instead of just cleaning it. The blue paint from it even rubbed off and we had to scrub it off afterwards. The room and hotel in general were not as nice at the pictures - it needs a makeover.

Good option in Florianopolis downtown. Hotel is comfortable, clean and the superior rooms have a great view facing the bay.
There’s also a complimentary buffet breakfast which is really good. Overall I recommend.

The hotel used to be nice, but it’s old now, nothing like the photos. People are friendly and want to provide a good service, but the property definitely needs an update.

The hotel was decent. It wasn't super fancy and quite basic. However the pool was nice. The elevators were not great, but I guess it's not a big deal.

The hotel was fine, easy to find and access from the road/bus terminal. We arrived too early for check-in, but the front desk held our bags and there were public toilets we could use to change clothes. The only problem was the massive radio concert going on literally next door—maybe we would have chosen somewhere more quiet if we had known there was a music festival that weekend.
The room was spacious, clean and totally fine. The breakfast was just ok. I would stay here again if I visited Floripa.

I enjoyed my stay in the Intercity hotel. The rooms are just great, with a beautiful view over the bridge. Good breakfast choices. Location is perfect, just a couple of minutes of walking to the city centre.
Definitely a recommendation!

The hotel was an easy walk across the street from the local bus station. Check-in was fast and polite. My room was rather large, with a great bed, nice WIFI, spacious bathroom, and great amenities. A very good breakfast buffet was also provided. I could have stayed longer.

This hotel in my opinion is not a 3.5 star hotel, the rooms are dated, some windows would not close even though it was freezing outside. The beds are small and one night an air conditioner started malfunctioning and made a racket the entire night.
