The hotel was ok. I just needed a place to sleep for my travel for a decent price. The only think my door wouldnt closed by itself i had to push it really hard. But other than that had no complain.

Staff were kind and the place was decently clean. There was a nickle sized hole in the tubs outter layer which was concerning. The bedding was old but clean.

First they asked (demanded) for a $100 deposit for incidentals (this is not the Hilton). Then the next day they charged my card for total stay. You would think they would deduct the deposit but that's not what happen. They tell me to wait 3 business days and the deposit will be returned. But I won't get it all back because I had 2 bottles of Kirkland water. Now I checked in late Tuesday night. Breakfast was doable because of my lifestyle but there was fruit. Came back from convention mtg Wednesday evening and bed was not made no biggie but the bathroom had not been cleaned. Thursday same thing. I called front desk was informed that they clean on day 3 of visit. Friday no service front desk told me I had to schedule the cleaning by now those small garbage cans are overflowing(there were 2 in my room one of which was in the bathroom. Front desk offered me some garbage bags. Saturday one bed made garbage gone bathroom not touched.

All in all it was a nice stay. My only problem was there was no housekeeping. My bed was never made and wet towels were never collected

So when we checked in they gave us a room that was already occupied with other guest. Or was super awkward, and the bathroom had some hair in the bathtub

Small rooms, outdated key system our keys were changed twice and still didn’t work. Not worth the price

The two ladies up front checking you in were very nice and helpful. Tv wasn't great. Lots of good channels blacked out

Check in was easy.Dining was walking distance. Location was easy to find.Good Breakfast.Room was clean.Will be coming back.

The front desk ladies were super nice, helpful and willing to help. Only complaint, wish the curtains closed all the way to block out the street lights at night.

Every was fine, only our room does not have proper curtains, which no covers complete the window, so was easy to see inside at night. thank you for asking

The only real issues I had were the fact that the hot tub jets did not work and the breakfast was the same thing every day.

The property itself is quite rundown. Some of the furniture in our room should have been removed due to staining and not being very clean.

The room smelled like mildew. The mattress was so old, it was hard and uncomfortable. Hot tub was disgunting. Pool towels were tiny

The room was not clean at all there was stuff all over the walls, there was a half drank water bottle under the couch and the tv was melted. Half the time the staff wasn’t even around and when they were they hardly spoke any English. Breakfast was served in small bins and was gone by the time 3 people came to get it. But if you let the lady know that she was out of something she’d get upset.
