The room was very large and nicely setup. Everything was clean too. I was amazed how quiet it was considering we were across the hall from the laundry pass through. As the reviews state, there was people walking around outside, but friendly and minding their own business. The only problem we had was the pet policy! They say they're pet friendly and there are lots of dogs there, all well behaved. We had our cat with us, as always, she's 13 yrs old and only been outside in her carrier. She was sitting in the window watching everything and I get a call from the front desk. They don't allow cats!!! They were going to kick us out a day early because of her. I stated that they say they're pet friendly and there is big dogs everywhere? So since we were there for my husband's dieing Grandma, they let us stay for another $57.xx dollars. Hmmm. I'm mixed on that, because I had no head-space for arguing it! We moved to a different motel. Problem solved. I really liked the room and location, but geez nothing like getting booted. Grrr

There was nothing about this anywhere on the website, so I was forced to turn around and drive home because I had nowhere to stay. Even if we were allowed to check in, I would not have felt safe staying in this hotel. The staff was arguing in front of us, proving that neither of them wanted to do their job to assist us. They were also rude to our faces and just extremely unprofessional. The hotel itself seemed really rundown and quite frankly just scary to be in. It was not clean, even in the lobby, and did not seem like a safe place to stay.

5 star, no, but for the price, one of the best out there, appears they cleaning up and remodeling, bedding and pillows were good, appeared new, will be back again. . .

The room was spacious, the area was ok not too bad. Was happy with the stay till the guy behind the desk said they should have rent that room to me I asked why and he said cause it was a nicer room then there standard rooms like I didn’t deserve to be in a nice room

Very nice people very nice. I stayed a 2ed day no problem .I recommend them . I will stay there again. Thank you

Upon start staff was very welcoming the room was very spacious and clean bed was comfortable and quiet no disturbances during my stay I will be returning to stay again

Definitely been getting better and the area is getting cleaned up

This place is so run down. The list is long for required repairs and/or updates. Funky damp/water smell around the whole building. Needs an infusion of cash to clean it up and update it. Not worth the $100 per night. Won’t be staying again.

Don't accepted business card for security.But with same card pay for hotel.But didn't tell me i got option pay security with cash.Copy my id card then risk stole my identification

This place is scam. On webside it says parking available. But you have to find parking for yourself. We where searching for place to park our car for free around for 1 hour but there are too many homeless people around motel and if you leave your car in front of it they will brake glass and steal everythink they can. Public parking cost us aditional 60$ for 2 days so if you have car reconsider other motel, that says "Parking includet" and not just "Parking avalaible". Also in the room there is not even table to put your things on. And cockroach run around the room. On the other hand it has nice location.

This hotel was better than my expectations, large rooms, perfect place if you want to stay and go to Rocky Mountains early in the morning as it’s less than 80min from here. Costco, Sam’s club are 5min drive do you can easily get gas and food if you want. Very humble staff specially LaDonna. Breakfast is only cereals and muffin and coffee. Don’t expect much as all the super 8 hotel serves same but I think I am very happy with the overall experience.

Didn’t like the roaches in the tub
