There was a used wash cloth hanging on the shower and an opened soap bar in the shower of the room we JUST CHECKIED IN. Someone used the shower in OUR ROOM after it was cleaned.

Chose the specific area first and then the Red roof based on the price combined with the rating. Was disappointed upon arrival that the building felt older than the ratings had indicated. Cracked tiles, carpeting and interior just felt dated. I was alone on my trip so stayed but would have pulled my family to a nearby place if I had them.

We were moved to a second room that still was clean and that double charged and lied about refunding for thr second day when we checked out early

This was just a late overnight stop. It was not terrible, but also not the best. The room was clean but had a weird smell. The AC wasn’t great. Overall it was just ok.

I reserved a room for my college student after she was evacuated during Hurricane Helene from Tallahassee. Upon arrival she was asked if she had a pet to check in (and did list a small domestic pet). Not sure if it’s the hotel’s policy to house all those with pets in the same area, but Upon stepping off the elevator on the 2nd floor it smelled like dog poop. Also unsure if this is an extended stay facility but she passed a few questionable guests on her way to her room. Upon arriving inside the room she immediately locked the door tightly behind her. She was not locked in more than an hour before realizing that the bed was not only uncomfortable (said it was like a pull out bed?) but also did not smell like the linens were fresh. In her bathroom she saw a roach and she heard someone outside her door. It sounded like someone they were fidgeting with the door handle. We made the fast decision to reserve another nearby hotel and was out in no time. Not only is she not confrontational (so she didn’t want to talk to anyone about the uncleanliness of the room /2nd floor) but she didn’t feel safe so that was the deal breaker. She quickly packed up and stayed at another hotel.

No lotion, no breakfast, door broke when I opened it, room not very clean- floor had debris on it, shower wall had hairs on it

This is my second time staying here with my family and small child. We really enjoyed this hotel. The pool is nice and clean. The only problem this time was that there was a damp smell in the room.
