Worst experience in hotels. When I arrived, someone had already made check in, the room they gave me was in the worst condition, broken furniture, nobody attended, phone was broken, and sounded all the time. Breakfast was a joke. Would not recommend to an enemy. They didn’t try to help or apologize.

The manager was very nice that checked me in and the only negative was my room key quit working and I went to the front desk to get a new key and after waiting 30 minutes and yelling is anyone working and beating on the side of the wall, a big black girl came out and I told her I had been waiting 30 minutes and she immediately told me I had not waited that long. She was rude and not someone who should be dealing with the public. I was so angry at her that I went upstairs and packed and left without spending the night. You should take someone like that off the front desk!!!!

This location extended stay is pathetic, they have their 10 point checklist out of which, sink drainage issue, hot water issue, cooktop not working, tv not workong, window was always open, cleaning was average. Had a very bad vibe for the first night, but had to manage somehoe, second day was atleast better, they fixed all problems. I did not stay after the 1st room had a broken tv, dirty tub with hair hanging from the faucet, and the carpet was coming up, and the 2nd room was equally met with a dirty counter, something in the toilet that I did not inspect to see what it was, and what looked like blood on the dresser drawer knob.

It was quiet not like midtown with the sirens and constant noise. The room tv could be bigger/ but lower for view.

I got to the hotel and I waited at the front desk for almost 30mins before someone came to check me in. I call the hotel and the phone didn't even ring the sign on the desk said press zero to call and hell it didn't do anything I get in my room the stove burners was left on high bad ass smell in the room the whole night it sounded like someone was falling out there bed on the floor I have stay in cheap hotels that was better than this stay

I saw broken glass in the parking lot in two different spaces. The stay was wonderful and the staff is always alert and friendly. Kendrick and Bella are awesome, and this room was definitely worthy of more nights.

My stay was excellent. Check-in was easy, straight-forward and friendly. Room 306 has a leaky bathtub, but everything else was great. If you don't close the blinds, the sun WILL wake you up.
