Great location, it’s within walking distance of downtown and Western Colorado university. There’s a park across the street and I was traveling with my dog so that was very convenient. The staff was excellent, friendly and very helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

I fell in love with this hotel, I come every week to Gunnison for work. I used to enjoy the comfort inn but the staff interaction is just painful. Every time I come to quality inn, the person who checks me in is just so enthusiastic it becomes contagious. I also appreciate the gym and hot tub every time I stay here.

We were passing through on a motorcycle trip. The room was very clean. They were excellent about anything we asked for. The staff at the front desk did not speak very good English so that was a little difficult, other than that it was a great stay.

Staff were great. There was an error with our reservation. The front desk looked into it, got it sorted and was very apologetic. The room was clean and the area is quite nice.

Despite a little mixup with the room (which after some back and forth the hotel staff finally agreed was their mistake (well, one of their vendors apparently)), the stay was great! The staff was very friendly overall, and after the room mix-up and free upgrade, they did come to my room to apologize in person which was nice. The room and bed was comfortable, and the breakfast options were good. Love me a waffle. I was upset on my second morning when I got there 30 minutes before it ended and the waffle batter was gone and wasn't refilled. Overall my wife and I enjoyed our stay over July 4 weekend because the fireworks show was in the park next door so it was pretty much right over the hotel, and it's only 30 minutes from Crested Butte.

The beds were comfy. Shower pressure was good. Could hear people stomping around in the morning but it was quiet otherwise. Note this is now a quality Inn

I have stayed here 3 of my last 4 visits to Gunnison. I have enjoyed their excellent service, whether prompt airport shuttle pickup or early check in, I have found my stay there excellent. Would stay there again. In addition, Jennifer at the front desk was very friendly.

We really appreciated the helpful and easy check in. Jena?? Was very considerate and welcoming. We were in town for a funeral of a dear friend. Her welcome was a very unexpected and very much appreciated.
