The property was very dirty. Garbage and cigarettes everywhere outside. I got a nonsmoking room. My neighbor next door was smoking in his room making my room stink like cigarettes. The room did not have any pots and pans needed to cook with. When I asked for some they had non. I asked if the pet friendly charge would be waived due to Governor Desantis saying so due to evacuations from Hurricane Milton. They said no haven't heard anything about that. Was on tv! Microwave was rusted inside and cockaroaches in room. Gross.

Place is a dump. Dirty, unsanitary pig sty. Also overcharged us $56.50 and haven't refunded the $100.00 pet deposit. Prison should be so nice.

This is THE WORST Extended Stay I’ve stayed at and my partner and I stay at them regularly. The room smelled bad like someone had seafood in it prior. The bathroom and bathtub was absolutely disgusting. I was so ready for a shower after my long drive and absolutely refused to step foot in the shower. The towels were brown and dingy like they had been used and refolded. The toilet didn’t flush except maybe once out of the 4 times it was used. The remote for the TV didn’t work so we had to leave it on one channel. We had to practically throw our body at the door to get it to open from the outside. The walls are so thin I heard the neighbors very inappropriate conversation from bed at 8 in the morning. Sketchy characters all around the property. Definitely is not the safest place to be. The customer service was average at best. I definitely have had way better and more warm interactions at other Extended Stays. We paid $92 for a king suite that wasn’t available and not given a refund for the difference for a queen bed. Not to mention they don’t except cash for the $100 deposit they don’t tell you about until you’re already basically done with the check in process. They make you pay card which I find absolutely ridiculous. I’m hoping I get my deposit back since I see in some reviews people never received their refunds. Wish I saved my $192 and spent it at a better more deserving place. Save your money and go somewhere else.

My room

The whole space felt rundown. There was a puddle of water next to the bathroom sink. No shampoo. Cabinetry was delaminating. Bed was really uncomfortable.

Did not like the hotel, the room was not clean and the room leak... water came through the front door and the rug was wet and smelled.

Although the rate was very good the room was old and needed some simple updates like paint on the walls and replacing cabinet and interior doors that were disintegrating all along the bottoms. The inside of the cabinets were old and stained. The grounds were fine for building one and two but our building number three was absolutely filthy with scattered garbage. Overflowing garbage cans right in front of my room and under the staircase open cans of food were everywhere. It looked like someone was living there. I also needed to use the bathroom after driving 3 hours to the hotel and not only was my room still not ready but there was no bathroom in the lobby for me to use. I had to drive next door to Costco to use their bathroom and wait for my room.

I was with my 2 granddaughters and I checked out within in about 2 hours and was supposed to be refunded and never received the refund. Everytime I call the phone.just rings. The lady at the dront desk told me I would receive the refund on the Monday after I checked out and that never happened. A very dissatisfied customer.

It was too late to find another place but my 12yr old wanted to leave on the first day. The windows are green with moss so she couldn’t even look outside. The cupboard doors are hanging, under the bathroom and kitchen sink it rotted and needs to change. I can go on but it was the worse stay ever.
