It was nice comfortable. Only pet peeve was tv in table/breakfast area tuned to CNN the whole time. Distracting, negative, unpleasant. Better to have a more neutral station/program on or nothing at all.

Piece of candy stuck to a pillowcase on my bed. Did the maid even change them. Terribly off-putting. Breakfast staff very accomodating.

No hot water at all. I dont mind the price but not being able to shower comfortable is unacceptable.

Traveled as a family with 3 young kids. Our 2 nights stay was ok not perfect because it needs some improvement. It's expensive for the price per night. But we expect more as it is under Marriott The hotel is clean but the insulation not really good. We stayed at the 3rd floor close to the ice machine it's noisy because you can really hear if someone getting some ice and the noise of the slamming doors and people talking.The hotel needs to update their aircon because it's a bit Loud. Inside the room there’s only a really small chiller or cooler thats is only on for 2 hours and it will shutdown by itself. NO freezer. You cannot put much inside or even big stuff. The breakfast nothing special it's the same for 2 days we ate there. They have make your own waffles,scrambed eggs, sausage, and bagels but no muffins and no on the go fruits. Pool is good because it's until 11pm but it's kinda tight in there because there's only small space. No shower to rinse before heading to the pool. It's dark during the night time. No washroom inside the pool area. The water is a bit cold.

The front desk service was the best ever!! Our gal that helped us was absolutely amazing. She worked late afternoon. Would come back just for that.
