Remember the other hotel here before. Great job redoing the building and grounds. A great improvement to the area. Very nice accomadations.

The staff were really friendly and everything was ready when I got there. Very fast check in. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. I actually slept for ten hours! That never happens. The wifi was great too. I will return to this location in the future.

Great property!! The staff truly know the meaning of customer service! I felt welcomed right as I walked through the door! Everything was explained superbly. I’m coming back again to stay at this property!

Satisfactory hotel. Appreciated the laundry, fridge, micro. Standard breakfast. Plenty of parking, a few nearby places to eat. Building had plumbing problems which they were trying to find and fix.

I was able to use the guest laundry.

Staff was incredible.

The fresh new look of the hotel was refreshing. The color scheme was unique. Elevstor was slow. Breakfast was excellent—protein and fresh fruit besides carbs. Requested a shuttle for the railway station which didn’t come so had to use a taxi service—the checkout person did not seem concerned. No coke products only pepsi. I would have liked a paper receipt but they said it was an expedia transaction and so I did not receive a copy showing a zero balance.

The Comfort Inn Fairbanks was a great place to stay. Great breakfast offering hot tasty food as well as muffins and yogurt. This hotel is convenient to restaurants and shops and to many activities Fairbanks has to offer. The hotel staff is friendly and courteous. The rooms are comfortable but on the small side. The beds were very comfortable and room has darkening curtains to help with sleeping in daylight. Nice place to stay. There’s laundry machines on premises too.

This place is a dump. They didn't have the WiFi that they said they had, the rooms are garbage, the whole thing is a joke. Don't go here.

Staff were not able to understand Customer's feedback. Bathroom Washbasin was clogged. No breakfast, No internet, many power points were dead. TV was not having remote and not operatable. They disconnected the Intercom so as not to contact operator.

Rude people except for the manager at front desk...she was the only one that was remotely professional..I WOULD RECOMMEND NOT TO STAY HERE...THE PLACE IS A DUMP

the room provided does not meet delux requirements we paid for: no bed side tables & lights; no hangers; only one chair; the broken wall lamp; coffee machine not supplied with coffee and cups; the breakfast was not provided. had to ask for hangers and one more chair which then used as bed side table. we would like to be refunded

Beds were fine. No cold water & hot water was sporadic. Complimentary breakfast was pitiful.

I guess I should learn my lesson, dirty and broken AC and and holes in the carpet and holes in the mattress and bedding dirty and no towels in the bathroom

The bed was comfortable. Issues included but not limited to; no room key. They had to open the door for us every time. There was NO shower curtain until the 2nd day. There was NO trash can, internet, tv, lamp on one side of the bed didn’t work.

The room was in a state of disrepair - heat/air conditioning unit did not work. Hair dryer was missing parts and unsafe. No key was issued to me when I arrived and a staff member had to let me in to my room anytime I left it - and acted "put out" when I needed to get into my room. Breakfast was nothing more than a cereal bar.

The toilet didn’t flush, front door was hard to open, walls had food splatters all over them and dirt everywhere, tv didn’t work and had cracks in it and was balancing on a desk, desk had a drawer in it from another piece of furniture, heaters were broken, mattresses were black and filthy, we woke up itchy everyday, windows looked like they had bullet holes in them and the window shades were hanging off the window and didn’t close all the way. The hallway is missing ceiling tiles and water is pouring threw the ceiling. Hotel stinks like mold. We stayed a few nights and then I left and took them camping. Above and beyond disappointed.

So overpriced and outdated. In a 6 night stay - housecleaning never showed up once. At checkout they tried to overcharge my credit card. Had I not been desperate for a room and the entire town of Fairbanks booked... I would’ve left after the first night.

No phone in my room. Thermostat ripped off th wall. No night stands by the bed. Day staff was great. The keys automatically reset every day and the night manager deleted the re-key program so we couldn’t get a new key. That’s not to mention the inconvenience of having to get re/keyed every day when things are working which they weren’t. The vents were ripped off the A/C unit. That’s all I can think of. I stayed in room 326.

I travel a lot for my work, therefore I stay in a lot of hotels. This was the most disgusting and filthy hotel I have ever stayed at. Pubes on the toilet, hair in the bathtub, no top sheet on the bed, smoke detector missing (wires hanging down), bar of used soap in the bathtub. That's just what I can recall. Stayed 1 night while in transit to the airport. I should've slept there.

No sheet in bed. No lamp by bed. Removal of air conditioner left a whole in wall. Solution? place a dirty broken ripped chair in front. No room cleaning. Unique small soap. Spring coming out of ripped mattress. No shuttle

It was cheaper then the rest but we always had to go to desk to get our key to work to the room. Also I asked house keeper for towels and wash clothes and she said No

The manager is of Indian decent, he glares and is very rude! The other manager Essie, is very nice, helpful, courteous, understanding as well as her co-worker, he's of African American decent, these are the only two who were helpful here at this hotel, these two individuals needs to upgrade to a better hotel with there professional attitude, they both work the front desk, and do housekeeping as well as other duties in this hotel, I see that they have upgraded since the last time I was here, the only thing that is super slow is check in and internet service, it takes a while for them to check you in but are in a hurry to check you out! I would stay here again if Essie and her co-worker was there, other than that the rest of the workers are rude as well, the housekeeper didn't even change my towels, tissue or anything, but she sure knows how to wander the hallways. She had an attitude with me as I went to the front desk for towels, and Essie's coworker "he gladly gave me these, as I was walking back to my room her and the rude manager were on the third floor, she hollered at me "where did you get those towels"? My repsonse was at the front desk, since you never serviced my room for the last three days, she said, I did your room today! I said, since you and the manager is up here come and look for yourself! come on the door is open, but she didn't. Anyhow, I don't usually have negative things to say but Essie and her coworker are keeping things going and that's the bottom line.

This place should be shut down and I can’t believe Orbitz features it…COMPLETELY DISGUSTING in every possible way…I checked my mattress because I was worried I would be infested…I almost slept in my car…there were no other hotels available…BAD JOB ORBITZ :-(

The rooms were disgusting, the vents and the AC were covered in grime and basically completely broken, falling apart. The carpet was poorly installed. Trash was left from the previous people, bed looked like it had been laid on and not made

The list—bed bugs, air conditioner not working and they knew it, chair falling apart, metal shield over heater laying on floor, trim off on floor, chain lock gone from the door, lamp shade missing, hole in wall where door swung around, drain in bathroom sink was broken. When we found the bedbugs we left in middle of night. We had looked for bed bugs at 10 pm when we got there earlier. Our stay was a total of maybe 5 hours. Our money should be refunded—no one around when we left.
