We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in the area. Breakfast was good, and there was plenty of free parking. It was close to everything we wanted to get to, too.

It was ok. Except our hall way on the floor we stayed on smelled like marijuana. And at the time of our stay it only had one elevator working. Which caused a delay with going to our room or leaving the hotel

Nice hotel, great room, great breakfast. Coffee maker in room was horrible! Poured a cup of water in and got a half an inch of coffee. Complained to front desk with no action over the course of our stay. For the price we paid for this stay, could've sprung for a nice Keurig coffee maker. Just rubbed me the wrong way first thing in the morning!

Complained to front desk with no action over the course of our stay. For the price we paid for this stay, could've sprung for a nice Keurig coffee maker. Very nice, clean, friendly staff, bar and breakfast was great. Only two negative things during our stay there were nowhere to sit outside, and the staff told me to park in the garage did not advise that there was a parking lot in the back my car is an suv and the garage was full and tight and my car did not fit to exit the garage and got sideswiped on a metal bar that stuck out at the exit causing damage to the car.
If I would have know there was parking in the back that is not obvious when you arrive at the front, I would never have even tried to drive down there that is for compact cars only.

I reserved a King bed for me and my wife as a night away and to see a show nearby and when I get there I am told no kings are available and they only have a room with 2 queens and if that was alright as if I had a choice. They said they would removing the parking fee as an apology but there is no parking fee so there’s that. We get to the room and it’s 2 double beds not queens so me and my wife are now sleeping in different beds which is not how we wanted to spend our night and the the curtains had holes and paint missing on the walls. Also the shower didn’t drain very well like it was backed up. Overall not a good experience

The Staff was AWSOME! They helped us with figuring out how to get to Salem by train and printed everything out for us and highlighted all the stops we needed to change trains. And the rooms were big and clean. With a family of 5 we were extremely comfortable and not on top of each other.

Bedroom did have a lot of road/truck noise (even on 8th floor) but we were both sleeping lightly anyway. Parking was easy and not too expensive ($15) Room was actually pricey too, but the best value compared to the rest of Boston!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Ramona was the highlight of our breakfast time. She always had a smile and was able to help with questions we had. She is a true blessing to your staff.

This is our 2nd time staying at this property. We had a king, 8th floor. The room is spacious. Everything is clean. The hotel is walkable to town with food options & convenience store. There are also some great outdoor spaces to sit & eat.
The breakfast each morning had good options. Ramona’s greeting in the morning is the best! Fresh coffee &/or tea available 24 hours.
The pool is very nice & heated. Plenty of seating & they have fresh towels.
There are plenty of parking options. We liked the underground garage. Easy to park with elevators to take you to your floor. Room key is needed to buzz in to get to the elevators. Good security feature.
We were visiting family in Melrose. It’s an easy drive & about 15 mins away. We were very happy & would stay again.
