Checked in and one card didn’t work. When walked into the room it has an odor, possibly stale smoke. We hesitated what to do but went out and got the rest of our luggage. Got back to the room and still could smell the odor. One person used the bathroom while the other went to get a different card key which again did not work. Both decided to ask for a different room due to the odor. Went to desk Anna person there said they needed to check out the room. By the time they got back to the desk Anna the person talked to her manager they said 45 min had passed and we had needed to let them know within 15. They also said since we had “ messed up” the bathroom we would have to pay for a different room. Sheets were very messed up… No elevator in the entire hotel. There was house cleaning and vacuuming going on until 9pm right outside our door and the people doing the cleaning were very loud.

Good stop for a night. Easy access to interstate. Room and facility clean and quiet. Breakfast was typical but hot and fresh. Desk clerk was friendly.

The bedroom area was good but the bathroom was extra small, cramped and dingy around the shower. Repair was poor and dirty around shower door corners. Very disappointing.

Doors are paper thin. You can hear everything. Room was outdated and needs repairs.

The bathroom was so musty and I didn’t feel clean after showering in a tub with three rings around the inside. The floors n our room were messy. Were the sheets even changed before our arrival? Totally disappointed with breakfast. There wasn’t enough food for us little family either morning-especially the eggs. We even waited for fifteen minutes for more to be cooked. How about a refund? We won’t be staying again in a few months when we come back to Meridian. What a waste of money?

Made reservations for a future night at the desk when checking out. Was not quoted price, assumed price would be similar. Check in price four days later was $75 more. Not happy.

Check in staff were excellent!! These ladies went out of their way to ensure we had the ADA accommodations we needed. That said, the property is dated, needs maintenance, and the decor and lighting are dark and depressing.

This place is really great. Many room amenities, Fantastic breakfast. I will definitely be back.

An average inn with amenities common. Good value for price.

The toilet would continue to make for hours after use. The carpet had stains. My bed had crumbs and dirt between the sheets. I was going to swim with my 3 month old nephew, but the pool was outdoor. The was no elevator. My view was a vacant dirt lot with the water park on the other side.

Standard room with 2 queen beds was clean and beds were comfortable. Noisy fan on the air conditioner but it worked well. The bathroom was very small. Free breakfast wasn't anything to brag about, but was good enough to get by until going to an actual restaurant. ... There is a restaurant next door. Location is easy off and back on the freeway.

We booked for 5 nights but stayed there for 4 nights - they did not clean our room due to some of the confusion rather than checking with us they were arguing and skipped the cleaning part , though we checked out a day advance they did not refund - which is fine but they charged us $100 after we checked out saying cleaning fees - in fact we cleaned for last 4 days and left few items on fridge as the garbage bin was full - manager was so uncooperative and blaming us that we were rude for asking them to clean after 3 days. Though we had been to other Quality inn - we did not had any of this problem like this Hotel. I would not recommend until they review their policy and staff and improve it for better of customers. We had a room with two beds and it was very cramped for space. There is not any closet, just a few hangers in a corner on a short pole. The bathroom is way too small. When you open the shower door it almost have to stand on the toilet to get the shower door shut behind you. And the shower itself needs some shelves. The tub and the bathroom floor were both dirty. We stayed for 3 days and never had any maid service, but we never asked either. The breakfast room is extremely small, very crowded. The first morning we went to breakfast at 8:30 and they had run out of food and we're supposed to be serving until 9:30.

I was given a room that was occupied and I woke up the occupants at 3am, right after I checked in.
