Room was double booked so we didn’t even get to stay. Took 45 miles and over a hour to find another hotel. Worst experience ever!

I came to this area for a dog trial and had 1 dog. Apparently this hotel has pet dedicated rooms and they smelled horrible of urine. I had to request a different room after walking into the original room I was given it smelled so bad of pee. The second room they gave me was better but still smelled. I ended up buying urine odor spray at Walmart and sprayed the floor. I had to stay 3 nights. The door to the room was hard to open and close and was very loud when I opened it. The staff was very nice but clearly they need to go thru and shampoo all the carpets and spray down things with urine odor remover on all the pet rooms. I will most definitely not be staying there again.

The carpet is as nasty as it gets in any motel. Stained, smelly, and left the bottoms of our socks black after just one evening of casual walking around.
Tiny indoor pool was closed. Water fountain did not work and front desk had no bottled water. dining area has 5 or 6 tables in a very small room. Continental breakfast was ... food. Nothing special but it was probably the best part of the stay.

Furniture was chipped and the desk was warped with an obvious dip in the middle. Desk chair had spots where faux leather was missing. Service people were very nice, sheets were clean, but it was obvious that the rooms have not been updated in years.

I liked the breakfast. The maid service is excellent. The hotel is clean and quiet. The pool wasn't available. I didn't like the no smoking but everyone is nonsmoking now.

Comfy beds friendly staff. Just did not like paying the deposit. I may have missed something when I booked it. But just make sure all the fine print is ready

The first night they acted borderline hostile to the simplest of questions. The second night I had to ask for extra towels and received a lecture. To be in the south I expected a little more hospitality. Maybe treating others with a smile and kindness is too exhausting for those working there?

Pretty much ok for the procw. However, the smell in the room was awful, even yhe linnens, there were three out of four pillows had a strong sweat smell that were impossible to use. Besides, I have just gotten an extra charge of 10 dollars that I don't know were ir comes from

Walked into my room and it was horribly outdated. Looked like walking into what i imagine where you'd take a person of the night. The smell of mildew hits you as soon as you walk into the room. Stay away

Staff were very friendly and helpful! However the second day we realized our door was not locking properly and was left open all day while we weren't there. They very quickly got us into another room. The hotel is definitely older and could use some updating. Even though this was a smoke free facility the halls smelled of cigarettes and marijuana.

I chose this hotel because it has a swimming pool, however it did not disclosed in the website that it was under renovation. I could not pick this option if I knew the pool was closed.

Great place to stay for race weekend. Staff is amazing! Had an issue with AC and they fixed it right away!
