Staff was super friendly. Room was small but cozy for a night just passing through. Breakfast was delicious, especially the green chili.

The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The area around the hotel was reasonably quiet and safe. The front desk associate was nice and pleasant. He gave us a good recommendation for a place to eat. The breakfast was good and offered protein choices besides the usual cereal and toast. Overall, it was a nice stay.

We always have enjoyed our time at this facility. The rooms are clean and the bathroom is very accessible. The lighting in the room was good. The breakfast is better than most hotels offer.

This is the second time we have stayed here when visiting Santa Fe. We like the nice complimentary breakfast & it’s just a short drive to the downtown plaza area. We will definitely look forward for staying here on our next visit to Santa Fe.

Old and run down hotel, felt smudgy. The towels were ripped. Room service only every second day. Breakfast food was very limited and not appealing at all. Completely overpriced for this type of hotel. At least the beds were very comfortable.

Easy access. A little far from most amenities. Next to outlet. Lobby was clean. Everyone was nice and helpful. Pool area was clean. Jacuzzi timer didn’t work well. Rooms are very dated. Wallpaper coming off. Carpet was stained everywhere. Room smelled muggy.

Would like to see King-sized beds but rooms are quite small already. Made-to-order breakfast was added bonus. Everything else was quite nice for sure! A Starbucks is located within 1/2 mile of Hotel.

This is a great place. Not fancy but doesn't need to be. Rooms a bit small but staff is great and breakfast buffet is too you just have to be there before 0900. Pool area is really nice with hot tub and sauna too! We will use Inn at Santa Fe whenever we're in town

Breakfast and very clean

Overall the asthetic was nice but there were multiple problems in our room. The side table had too many hands on it became it was so loose, it could barely hold a bottle of water. If you sat at the foot of one of the queen beds, it flipped up. The shower was nice in size but every part of the bathroom except the toilet was dirty. The beds are firm. I didn't make it down to breakfast but they do serve a hot breakfast.

I had never EVER had a bad experience with Expedia. And I DO TRAVEL THE WHOLE WORLD and used them to book hotels, flights, cars. I want to POINT out that this was NOT EXPEDIA's fault. I get to the hotel and front desk tells me I do not have a reservation. I got on my Expedia account and I show the front desk guy my reservation. He makes zero eye contact and he keeps repeating to me there is no reservation. It was 10.30 PM and my options were sleeping under the star or in my car. The front desk guy, corpulent, beard, rude did NOTHING to help me but to repeat like a machine he cannot find my reservation and he has no vacancies. I mean he helped me with NOTHING. There was no point to ask for a manager at 10.30 PM, had to focus on finding a solution. I went back to Expedia and found another hotel to find a place to sleep. My 5 cents is that the corpulent, non intellectual, no eye contact front desk sold my room as I was late. Great business! After all it was Zorzoba weekend. Expedia helped me immediately on finding a new hotel and reimbursed me the same day for the amount. I received the money back in my account in 1-2 days. Thank you Expedia and SHAME on Inn at Santa Fe. You are indeed despicable or your front desk employee should be written off or let go as this is not how you conduct business even in New Mexico. Despicable.

The shower stall did not have a rubber bath mat but instead appeared to have a non-slip surface on the floor. When my wife stepped in with the water running it was like an ice rink. She took a terrible fall, which fortunately just badly bruised her but didn't break any bones. At age 79, that was truly a blessing. I went down and asked the desk clerk for a bath mat which he eventually found and brought up. This is an issue that should be addressed immediately. It is a safety hazard for everyone, but especially senior citizens.
