1) toilets in the rooms should work. room starts smelling like an out-house when toilet is clogged and overflowing. 2) guests should not be put on hold for 15-20 minutes when calling the front desk. 3) it should not take 2 days and multiple requests to NOT fix the toilet. 3) coffee makers in rooms should work. 4) the online registration should be truthful. after completing all required fields once, the front desk should not require providing all info again. 5) the online registration claims that quests simply pick up room key after online registration. this is not true at all. 6) guests who have already registered online, should not have to wait in line for 20 minutes behind people who have no reservation. 7) the "breakfast" is substandard. it desperately needs an omelet bar, fruit, and enough coffee. 8) there appear to be no vending machines and the ice machine on 2nd floor needs to provide more than a half dozen ice cubes. to be fair, the gym is nice and Charles (at front desk) is friendly and helpful, but does not appear to have enough support staff morning, noon, or night.

Every staff member is friendly, respectful and helpful. The GM Danny was our reservations savior when everything got a little convoluted. Charles and Dawsen where very helpful and knowledgeable as well. Maintenance was also very quick to respond to our call, Xavier was efficient and helpful. Our room was clean with nothing out of place, though the floor could've been mopped a little better in a few areas. 5 stars overall for us as they are always so accommodating and free breakfast is a plus in our book :) Thank you!

It is not what it used to be. There was a strong smell all over the hallway and the room smelled like a blend of strawberries and chemical smells. The cable signals was out ( we were told there was no a technical help available for that). The bed was uncomfortable, the hotel needs a good cleaning and remodeling in the inside. The staff were very friendly.

There was deterioration in the tub - needs to be replaced or redone, the backplate behind the shower valve was coming off the wall with screws sticking, the outlet in the bathroom did not work and the door in the bathroom had what appeared to be water damage and perhaps pet damage and were sloppily painted over…..Needs ATTENTION!

Cleanliness - The room itself was not clean at all. There was plastic put over the smoke detector from the previous stay (someone smoked in the room I assume), there was hair in the bathroom, stains on the comforter, and hardly enough toiletries for 3 guest staying 3 days. I would say it’s acceptable if you have no other options and you’re very tight on money. We chose this for the location, but would not do it again. It’s hard to get comfortable when you feel like you’re in a really dirty space. Our room key stopped working once because of a power outage, and again late at night for some reason. That was frustrating. Positives - the front desk staff is very kind and helpful. They have breakfast.
