Not only did i get charged twice but the room is filthy. Cockroaches everywhere in the room. There is blood or something on the bed. The door handle is brocken. There is somthing splattered and running down the curtains that could stand up on their own because they are so dirty. The ice bucket is full of black stuff and has some sort of white glob in it. The one towel that is on here has black cigarette ashes on it. I told the manager and he seriously didnt care.

I originally booked 4 nights at theis hotel. Well the job ran over a day. I booked another night the night before.
Well, we called rhe hotel before checkout time and informed them we were staying another night, it is paid for and we were in room 130. The woman said it was fine.
Well, when we get back from work, I go to re program my key. The owner informed me we had to pay for another night AND early check in.
I showed him the confirmation and all. He said he doesnt care about hotels.com. If I wanted to get my belongings out I would have to pay the money.
So, having no other option, I paid.
The room was filthy. Roaches everywhere, the owners are just nasty people. I called the police afterwards and he said he could have got my stuff out at the very least had I called before paying.
We even had to pay $25 a day for my wifes service animal even though it wasnt mentioned in the original booking.
I have traveled for a living for 18 years and never have I run into the rudest extotionist I have ever rented a room from.
Its not so much the money, but the principle and how they went about it that chapped my ass. Just go anywhere else, trust me.

There was paint peeling off the walls in the bathroom and hole in the sheetrock from water leaks near the bathroom. There was also a gap underneath the front door big enough to put my hand through

No hot water, owner told me i couldnt get my deposit back for 3-4 days...ice machine was inside the office where they give you a few cups of ice and terrible customer service. Also the bathroom had two of the biggest roaches i have ever seen. Bed was good though.

The company that bought it did no upgrades, they simply painted over the existing mess.
The housekeeper was smoking as she went through every room.
The pool is disgusting and there were broken needles everywhere throughout the lot.
Ironically, the company's colors meant that the front was lit up in Red lights, and considering its past, that was pale beyond comparison. DO NOT choose this hotel.

Booked on our drive to Orlando and was exhausted. Showed up at check in and the service counter guy was so rude when he asked for our credit card and I said we booked online. Then sent us to the first room and the bed where not made and sheets were on the floor. Second room one bed was made and the other one had no sheets and no towels. Third room had hair all on the floor. Potato chips on the floor and one of the beds had brown stains on them that looked like smeared poop. Went back to the front for a refund and was denied. We never even got our luggage out of the car. Had to book another hotel. Was not impressed with the customer service on this site as well. Called and was told it was up to the hotel to refund or not. So I basically paid for a hotel room that we couldn’t use.
We have booked so many hotels on this site, but will go directly to hotel for better customer service in the future.

They moved us to a different room. The light as you came in would turn off randomly, later it would not turn on. The water pressure in the shower was weak and the shower head was for someone that was below 5'4" I am 5'11" I has to duck to use it. The toilet was loses and felt like it was going to tip over. They had a pool it was filled and the gate was unlocked, yet it was closed, there was no sign saying it was closed, they said they were waiting for a permit from the city.....I will spend a little more next time and stay somewhere else.

There was nothing redeeming about this property. The hotel was filthy with cigarette burns all over the walls and in the sheets of the bed. The owner was extremely rude and there was a $50 deposit that was never mentioned. The property was full of heavy drug users and dangerous people.

was checked into a room that didn't have a working A/C, then the bathroom light didn't work, and tried to reset a GFI outlet only to have it spark and trip a breaker, was moved to another room that was smoking and had sheets and blankets with cigarette burns on them.

Our first room was completely dirty and the electricity was off. We complained they gave us another room. And this room was even worse. Shoe stains and dirty hand prints on the blankets and pillows, mold on bathroom ceiling, unsafe activity around the premises. Do not stop here keep going. It is not worth the health risk. unless you dislike your life very much.

Well the sheets were dirty, there was a hard McChicken sandwich in the microwave.. and after about an hour some guy knocked on our door wanting to trade drugs.. I guess he thought we did drugs ?? Won't stay again ..
