Check in was a nightmare. 3pm, told our room was not ready. Was told we would be called or texted when our room was ready. A little after 4pm we wait in line again, same person says our room has been ready, yet we were not told. We had spiders and ants in our rooms. Bed's were very hard and pillows were about the worst of all the hotels I've ever stayed in. Casino only had a few dealers so we were not able to play the table games we wanted but it was Saturday night so I'm not sure why so many tables were closed. Anyway, that saved me about $2,000 that I had budgeted for the tables.

I booked our stay through Hotels.com. We got a room with a king and since we had 3 guests, made sure that we could get a roll-away for the 3rd person. At check in, the rep complained that they did not know about the roll-away. He arranged to have one delivered to the room, but acted inconvenienced. Then he gave us 2 room card keys and when I asked for 3, he was again a bit put out. Our next reason for giving only a 3 star rating was the noises heard in the room. The lack of sound deadening in the ceiling became clear at 4 am when the guest above us woke us all up by walking around for 30 minutes. Also, the smell of stale smoke throughout the hotel was mild but bothersome. The final problem we had was quality of the free breakfast. It was ok at best, so we did not eat there on our 2nd morning.

The hotel is going through renovation. Was upgraded based on my preference was not available. It is very dates, not real clean, and halls are packed with laundry containers during daytime areas, hard to get around. Staff were extremely nice!

All rooms were non-smoking, but the smoke smell in the hallways was strong and came into the room. For those of us sensitive to smoke, it was frustrating. The breakfast was so bad that we chose to eat out the next day.

It was a nice hotel and casino

We had a great stay. Crystal at the front desk was wonderful. She was very sweet and checkin was quick. The room was very clean. We have a great stay and breakfast was good.

Enjoyed the stay

I like the 'Free ATM' in the middle of the casino and the prime rib every day in the Grill. The free breakfast tickets didn't really offer a diabetic choice so had to order and leave stuff off or waste stuff.

The property was nice. The staff was great.

We had the Junior Suite, such a great room and the beds were so very comfortable! Having a little living room was a plus. The casino was great fun, they have the newest slot machines and the old games too. The staff at check in were very nice and very professional. Hope you get Crystal who checked us in, she’s the best:):) Look forward to staying here again.

Based off an 2 week stay for work. All in all not a bad place, staff is good, dealers are nice, food is ok. Prime rib was good. Breakfast selection was ok, cafe staff was good. Bowling on the property was a plus. The bad part was we had 4 double suites and 2 of them smelled heavy of ant spray, gave us a headache the first 2 days. Never seen ants, must have been cleaned up prior to our stay. Second bad part was the spa, sat down and was reading a book, looked around after a few and noticed it had a heavy green foam and a crust around the tile.(nasty) Was already in so I gave it a chance thinking someone had dumped soap in the spa!! some people had complained. Ended up showering after and itched like crazy. We came back the next day the foam was gone but still a green crust around the tile. Never went back in.

The property was located close to the freeway and many spots in Lake Tahoe were easily accessible. The room had all amenities like TV, Refrigerator, Air Conditioner and microwave. The room and toilet were clean and well maintained.

The hotel has casino and you would feel smoke smell all over even inside rooms. My room A/C was not working properly even with 60 temp I could not sleep. Overall not a great place to visit with family

Smaller casino, but had the staples! Great restaurant, huge portions, great prices, and good choices. Room (2 queen suite) clean, spacious, and comfortable. (Only drawback was quite the walk from the lobby). Pool area looked nice.

The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the pool was nice. Our room's door had a 1/2 inch gap. You could see into our room from the hallway if you looked through it. The fridge had spilled food and containers of food from the last guest. There were boogers wiped on the wall. The beds were uncomfortable. The floor of the main entry to the hotel was dirty and needed to be mopped. Oh, and not to mention the $50 resort fee that I did not see mentioned on their webpage when I looked them up. I paid $200 for a room I would not have spent $50 on had I known how filthy it would be. Oh, and the breakfast topped it off. Nothing like microwaved sausages. The hotel was clean and quiet.

My only complaint about this property is how the entire area smells like stale cigarette smoke! Immediately upon walking into the lobby you are greeted by this horrible smell. Since this hotel is connected to a casino, I expected the smoke smell to be in the gaming area but I was dismayed to discover the smell has literally permeated the entire property on the inside! My daughter and I have horrible allergies to smoke and we both had to use our inhalers. Otherwise the room was clean and the staff I interacted with at check in were great.
