Surprisingly, my room had a brown water problem. However, Nemesis was accommodating and patient when trying to switch rooms for me. The engineer stated it may be a pump malfunction. As a Hilton property, hopefully it will be fixed immediately. I did enjoy my stay outside of that issue and look forward to future stays here.

Parking was some distance away from the hotel. Had to go up and down a series of stairs to get to and from the hotel but on the whole, not a bad experience.

My room was nicely decorated but dark. The light bulbs can be brighter and the pole lamp in the corner of the room didn’t work at all. The turn table in the microwave was broken. Some paper and pens would have been nice.

The parking is not easily accessible. The receptionist put me in the wrong room and the Wi-Fi didn’t recognize me because I was in the wrong room.

This was our second stay at The Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta center and it went pretty much the same as our first. Great. Manager, Fred provides phenomenal customer service.

The lady at the front desk, at check in was rude. Breakfast was an extra $16 a person. They made me a $50 a day deposit, which is not stated on their website. I looked before booking. The shower curtain in our bathroom wouldn’t stay closed, while trying to shower. It’s was my first and last time to stay.

First room smelled like stale old cigarettes and they moved me to another room but it also smelled. Rooms don’t smell clean. Staff was super nice and the location is good and in a safe area. Parking is also easy and accessible!

Few down faults.
Shower hose was broken water all over floor when water was on. call front office no answer went down to lobby explain to front desk was fix quick . Then cappuccino ☕ machine was broken said broken motor I ask front office they were not aware. Other wice my hotel to stay.

Unfortunately, we were not told that you have to request your room to be cleaned on a daily basis. and when we mentioned it to the front desk it was not entered into the housekeepers schedule.

Room was clean but carpet a bit old. The surrounding was well taken care off. Parking was a little walk away and heading towards the car park is too dark at nights. More lighting is needed as it feels a bit unsafe due to insufficient lighting. WiFi worked well. However, not all the staff members were friendly and helpful. There was only one worker whom I encountered that I would call friendly and helpful.

The manager was there at our check-in. He was super nice and handled our check-in very professionally. He explained all amenities and how to access them.
