This hotel couldn’t find my reservation thru also don’t have have handicapped accommodations and no elevator. Had to pack my moms scooter to 2nd floor which is very tacky and ghetto

Our first night there the bed smelled so bad. We were given sheets to put on the bed OURSELVES. We requested another room and were quickly accommodated. The room wasn’t clean. I laid a towel down in the tub because I didn’t want my bare feet on it. The beds in both rooms were extremely uncomfortable. I will never stay at a Super 8 again. It’s within the same tier as a crappy motel. Being charged $250 a night for what could be considered a by the hour motel.

So now I responsible to take the time to out of my workday to try to recoup a fraudulent charge. Not sure how many people have been ripped off and overcharged by this hotel claiming system problems. We booked for two nights so we could do an early check in, but since we didn’t show up on the first day, they cancelled our reservation and wouldn’t refund our room. Long story short, hotels.com spoke with them and got our room comped.

For the price, you can’t beat it!! Our room had been updated. The location was easily accessible. Overall I give it 4 out of 5. The staff was very attentive and friendly. I would stay here again.
