The bed was like sleeping on a boxspring only. Hard as a rock.
Someone’s hair left in the shower on the wall.

It was wonderful my family and I had the opportunity to help someone who was in distress the front desk responded promptly and called 911 the only concerned the heat makes too much noise.

Stay here every time we come to Hershey - Always been friendly staff and good rooms (inly thing is need new, Harder pillows😄- too squishy!!!!)

Checking in was a nightmare. Hotels.com did not push my reservation modification thru to the hotel. When I went to check in, the hotel did not have the correct information. Then Hotels.com booked the correct night for me but acted as if they were doing me a favor by transferring the money I already paid to the new reservation. I did not get checked in until after spending an hour on the phone with Hotels.com (being transferred a couple times) and finally made it to my room around 11:30pm.

Originally was staying 1 night but due to weather we were unable to go to hersheypark u ntil next day- allowed us to stay another night ( with pmt of course) without have to move rooms. Beds were not to my comfort. Over good clean place

The hotel is very dated. We also had a maintenance employee walk into our room without knocking or announcing themselves.
Also the staff used the guest elevator to take out trash and transport their cleaning from floors

On a holiday weekend there wasn't enough staff to keep up with breakfast. We actually were not happy and dined somewhere else. I picked this hotel due to having breakfast.

Hotel is very close to everything. Hershey Pantry restaurant is literally across the parking lot. Really good reviews, but we went to Chocolate World to eat. Hotel breakfast was just ok. No oatmeal & the fruit was old. Shower had mold in the corners but for the price it was ok.

Easy online check in. Room number and digital key. Arrived at almost 11 pm. Nice to be able to go straight to our room

The bathroom sink area needed a door to separate it from the sleeping area. That's really the only issue we had. One other thing would be nice too is to install walk in showers instead of bathtubs. It would increase the size of the showering area. Not many people use a bathtub anymore. For small chidren maybe but that's about it.

Wonderfully helpful and friendly!
Morning breakfast was delicious. But under staffed. One girl did an incredible job trying to keep up!

A wheelchair accessible room should have a bed that is not more than 28" high. The bed in this room was almost a whole foot taller than the seat of my wheelchair, which is 18 inches at the seat. I have one leg. I do not have the ability to stand. It was INCREDIBLY DIFFICULT to get in and out of this bed. There were grab bars in the bathroom by the toilet and in the bathtub. But hotel rooms are ALSO for SLEEPING.

We had a great stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites hershey. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and there were multiple options within walking distance for breakfast lunch and dinner. Not to mention it's a quick and easy Uber ride to Hershey Park and surrounding activity areas.

Irena greeted us with water bottles and chocolate. What a welcome! The room was neat and tidy. Breakfast was substantial.

We stayed for the Hershey RV show and found this location convenient and a good price for our visit. The breakfast was very well presented and attendents kept it very clean. The rooms were spacious and clean. We would stay here again.
