For rhe price, this hotel offers a decent stay. The hallways, room doors and rooms looked a little beat up with scratches, water damage and my floor smelled like pot. The breakfast was ok. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. My room was very cold and I was able to get an extra blanket. There is a nice indoor pool, and the breakfast starts at 4am which is great for those with an early flight. Ok for a short visit.

Overall the rooms were decent. The pool and hot we a little on the dirty side. Weight area was good for a hotel. Convenient to stores and shops. Front desk staff was 50/50. The women were great and nice. The young man was very hard to understand, mumbles and honestly just felt like he was there to collect a check. He's young so I expect that verses someone older lol. We were all young at one time. But for some people if that is your first interaction with an employee that is not a good look. Breakfast was decent. Nothing too fancy but gets the job done. Overall I would say it was 2-2.5/5 stars.

Unfortunately, the hotel needs a lot of major upgrades. The key cards don’t work for the rooms unless you try a million times. Rooms show a lot of age from lots of use. Loud noises throughout the day and night coming from duct work(?). Woke me up a lot in the night. Pillows are lumpy or pancakes. Beds aren’t bad. Hotel in general is just really run down.
Didn’t feel super safe in the general Portland area. I was surprised in at how sad the Portland area looks. Lots of sketchy areas. This hotel is in good proximity to the waterfalls which is nice. Overall it’s okay. Wouldn’t stay or visit the city again.

The breakfast room is to small and the line in the morning was long. Waiting for the waffle maker. The first morning I was there they weren't replacing any of the food. The coffee urns were empty.

I paid $155 for one night and there was hair on the faucet in the shower. The air conditioner made a noise all night. Pool looked green and unkept. Breakfast selection at 7 am was limited and nothing but sugar. For the price I expected allot more. The room was also small. The younger lady working the front counter wasn’t friendly at all and seemed to hate her job. She didn’t greet me and came off as rude. The blonde lady was more pleasant and friendly. I don’t think I would stay again for the price.

The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. My issue was the AC unit was very noisy when it turned on. We were also on the side of the hotel that was close to a busy street so it was rather loud at night. It was only a one night stay so no time to ask for a different room.

Sheets had holes in them, turned wrong side out, dirty with long black hair- we all have short hair. Talked to staff and they did nothing, we had booked 2 queen beds but couldn’t sleep on one so we all slept on one queen bed on top of the covers. Disappointed….

Room was exceptionally clean and it already had tje air conditioning on which was mice as it is was a retty warm day. Breakfast was conveniently open at 4:00 AM since i had an early morning flight.
