In a wheelchair in an accessible room. To start a person in a wheelchair cannot open the room door on their own due to the weight of the door & no assistance built in.
Roll in shower is not properly sloped causing water to pool outside of shower and restroom. This is a major slip hazard for a solo ADA guest. Took almost 45min to get housekeeping to clean up water.

This hotel charged me a $300 incidental deposit which was more than double what I paid for the room. Since I used a debit card, it won’t be refunded for 8-10 business days. The sign with this information was on a bank counter with office supplies covering most of it. The front desk said it’s because I booked with hotels.com. I will never stay here again.

Lady that checked me in did not know anything about late check out. Therefore I got an early call before my wake up. Saying if I wanted a late check out I would have to pay extra. That was never stated when I checked in. Shower was dirty also

It appears the hotel is relatively new…when we arrived, the lady working the checkin desk seemed not to know , any thing much when I gave her my last name for registration. At first she couldn’t find it and when she finally did find out that

So we got off to a bit of a negative start. We arrived a bit early and I ask if our room happened to be ready. He checked and said yes I ask it we could check in and he said yes, for a 50$ charge. While I realize this is often a policy I have literally never been ask to pay it when the room was empty and ready. I have arrived early and had them tell me to let them get me a room ready so I can check in and still not charge and that has been in multiple places in multiple countries. When you fly you often get there early. The pool was being worked on as well and they didn’t tell us on check in so no swimming and lots of construction noise quite early in the morning. No housekeeping.
The room was clean and had a kitchenette but only service for 2 but it was a 4 person room. We had 3 towel sets and they weren’t changed out. I was at a hotel for several nights prior to arriving here and for the same price it was a world of difference. If felt like they were just cheaping out and nickel and diming their guest. The hotel wasn’t very full so I would think they would want to make a positive impression. It was located close to where I needed to be but otherwise not a lot to be said for it

New place. Very nice. However it advertises a pool, but it was not opened yet which was very disappointing for our grandchild. If we’d known it wasn’t available we would have booked somewhere else. One site did say it was seasonal but no dates given.

We were really impressed with the room and the comfort of the beds! Loved having a dresser just outside the bathroom with a place to hang your clothes
