Motorized Blackout blinds were stuck half way down.
Main elevator (closest to check-counter) had label on main floor that elevation was not working (12/12/24). That sign was not posted the night of 12/11/24 when we went to room. In the morning we were unaware that the elevator was not working. Signs should be posted on all floors!! We had luggage or would have went down the stairs. Luckily House Keeping was right there and told use about the north elevator.

We stay here each time we come to a Jazz game. This time was bad. Paid parking for hotel guests is totally wrong. My wife fell ill 1 hour before the game, so i went to the game by myself. She tried to turn on the game on KJZZ, and found nothing. She called the front desk and was told no broadcast was available in room, due to old rooms, but she could come down to the lobby to watch. Not what you do when your sick. Breakfast was horrible. Pancakes were crunchy! I think we will look for a new hotel in the future.

Great check in service. A lot of restaurants within walking distance. Validated parking in public parking garage next door. Room was clean and spacious. Pillows were medium firmness.

A few small issues but no deal breakers. Both outlets on the lamp next to the bed were broken. 😕

Blinds in room didn’t work, when called front desk was told the motor was out. Plug-in in bathroom and multiple plugs in room didn’t work. Had to call down for clean towels took an hour to get towels.

The property was great. Rooms nice. Cover the electrical boxes. They were ugly. Other then that, great.

This property has the worst manager on duty that I have ever experienced at one of Hyatt’s properties. I would never recommend this property. The manager and staff are rude and untrained in customer service and common sense. I understand that employees are to find. But you would be better off hiring a child than what you currently have.

Overall its a pretty decent place to stay, really enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants. Unfortunately my tv didn't work so that was a bit of a bummer.

The room was clean. It was a little off the main hallway so it was quiet. Fast, friendly check in. One elevator was not working so there was only one elevator to service all the guests which took a bit during heavy traffic times. Other than that it was excellent. Would stay again.

Convenient location to the Delta Center, only downside was the.main elevator was down for repairs.
