Absolutely no amenities. Everywhere else we stayed (Less expensive) had coffee ect in the lobby as an included perk. The only thing We loved here was the bed and bedding.. Top notch.

Very nice hotel for the price. Close to the beach with hotel bus (about 5 mins) The pool and spa were well kept. Didn't stay long to us the other services. Very close to shops and restaurants.

THE HOTEL WAS VERY CLEAN, THE WATER PRESSURE WAS GREAT, THE PARKING WAS AMAZING ALSO VALET COME WITH BOOKING (FREE) & THE CUSTOMERS SERVICE WAS AMAZING 👍I RECOMMEND

Not enough parking for the average traveler/visitor when there is a simultaneous convention occurring on the same day.

I made a reservation under the understanding that it was a pet friendly property when I called to make the reservation initially I was told that I could bring my pet with an emotional support letter afterwards I was told that only if my emotional support animal stayed with me at all times which is not the way it works After already having made the reservation, I had to find another means for my Animal. This was costly. To add on was placed in a disability room not sure why. My first night there were kids running up and down the halls screaming so I had a hard time falling asleep to add on. I could hear the neighbor next to me snoring so loudly at 3:40 in the morning. I called the front desk and they offered to change my room , so it almost 4 AM I was changing rooms. The only dining option is a very expensive steakhouse drink being almost $20. All in all the experience was one of the worst I’ve had in a long while at a hotel. I was not relaxed I did not feel calm and the options for food and drinks just didn’t really exist , the pool had no food or drink options and the restaurant was freezing to the point that it was uncomfortable

We were celebrating my husband birthday.. I made reservations at there Shula Steakhouse, to my surprise and his there was a Happy Birthday sign and Happy birthday confetti on the table...he was also given a complimentary cake..
