Good quality accommodation is n north Madrid. Sat nav very useful. Entrance to car park just after roundabout which we missed so had to re route (Lee than 5 minutes)

Amazing service at the front desk. Options for dinner and breakfast were great. Convenient and reasonable airport shuttle service. Room only lacked small soft bed pillows but I didn’t ask.

My room was huge, clean as was the bathroom. Comfy bed! Buffet style breakfast, which was included, was great. Fresh fruit and yoghurt, along with a selection of bread, pastries, cheese, ham and a hot selection.
Highly recommended and would definitely use again if in the Madrid area.

The room is very clean, the staff is friendly but not all of them speak English. The breakfast buffet is excellent, with lots of choices and the dining area is spacious and clean. Having shuttle service to the airport is so convenient! Will come back again!

The hotel and its restaurant were wonderful for an overnight layover, HOWEVER, the airport shuttle has limited hours, especially on weekends when it’s only available from 7:00 am - 11:30 am. So we had to shell out an additional 40 euros for two taxis (two and from the airport). Hotels.com needs to update their information on the hotel.

We liked overall service and hotel, however there were too many young guests from sport teams that made way too much noise

I have been staying here on and off for two years. 1st time back in 4 months and I was given the worst room I have stayed in cistern running constantly air conditioning not working and balcony very dirty.
Smell of smoke if window opened which it needed to be due to room being to hot was not nice as smoking area directly under my room. The noise from corridor and reception area was as if my room door had been opened. As I said before been staying here over 2 years and normally 5 out of 5 as staff knew you and looked after you, but this stay was as if it was a different hotel.
