Nice place. Pool and hot tub are small but good. Comfy rooms, quiet, near food. Beach (tiger tail) is about 15 min drive.

Had to make a last minute reservation because our original place lost a/c. Booking was easy but checkin took a bit longer because they only have one person working the reception.

It would be great if the hotel would:
Clean the coffee brewer before guests check in.
Repair broken dimmer switch on dining room light.
Fix the fan in the bedroom that will not shut off.
Fix pop up stopper at masterbath sink. Full of water after shaving!
Fix the toilet flusher at 2nd bathroom,Spins.
Repair outlet not working in dining room.
Leave a sponge along with your Palmolive at kitchen sink.
Store extra tissues under the vanity.
Fix umbrellas at pool.
Open the restaurants your website promises.

Very nice place! Staff was very friendly and helpful!! We had an issue with the freezer pull out drawer and it was fixed promptly. Would definitely stay here again. .

I paid for cleaning service since it was not included in the hotel reservation, something never seen before, and I did not receive the service or towel changes or anything terrible. I complained at the office and did not receive my refund.

The condo was spotless. The pool was amazing. The only thing we were upset about was we were charged $100 resort fee upon arrival. This was a total surprise & a big disappointment considering the cost of what we already paid. Plus, I did not see anywhere in the reservation that this was mentioned.

Beautiful apartment, very comfortable with all the amenities one needs. Well situated with several dining and entertainment options within the grounds. Very clean.

It was an excellent stay with a very comfortable apartment with a balcony and close to many restaurants. The cleanliness is rated 10. We only had difficulties with the garbage bags, which were not enough for the three days we were there and we were a large family, since they only put two garbage bags in each basket in both the bathroom and the kitchen and it was not enough for us, for the rest it was excellent. Very good customer service in the office.

Olde Marco Inn is a great option for a quick visit to Marco. It offers no minimum stay requirement. Also the condos are good size with nice balconies and nicely furnished. My only complaint this time is that the balcony furniture wasn’t great. It had only one easy chair. The rest were hard metal chairs. Not very comfortable. Also I would suggest the owners invest in a new couch. The one there was extremely worn out to the point of sitting on springs. But honestly, the place is nice and the staff is wonderful. Always satisfied at Olde Marco Inn!
