I would like to say thank you to Isabel (front desk clerk). She went out of her way to make it a great experience for my wife and I. She updated my reservation from a regular room to a suit one for the same price. The breakfast had great selection. The cleaning nest and organization of the dining room was superb. In the future, I will be back to stay at the Holiday inn express.

Everything was a disaster, from the shower, the blinds the bathroom sink toilet seat low to the ground to top it off we found hair on the bed, happy I had my own sheets, my daughter shared the bed and my niece slept in the chair, it was a very interesting and stressful situation, we call other hotel and no room was available

I was sent to a room that already had evidence of being occupied. The rooms are old and do not have modern conveniences such as charging ports usb or ubc. The fitness center had one working machine, no weights, water, or a mat, which were not what was posted online.

Front desk system would not recognize my reservation even I showed the itinerary as room paid in full through expedia. Front desk was rude and will never use this property again.

I had no Ac it was hot all night . The phone didn’t work .. water was hot no matter how far cold you went .

I felt very safe there were more then 20 state troopers undercovers and a couple border patrol stay the same night so thanks I didn’t even lock my hotel door nor my truck doors thanks holiday inn

This was a very average to below average hotel in my opinion. I was clean, staff was polite and courteous. Small things like hallways and elevator were very warm, the furniture was worn look very used, thermostat on wall was not working, rust on the tub, carpets worn. Status light on elevator was out didn’t know if it was coming or going. Towels were clean but smelled overheated.

Restrooms have old fixtures, mold, and holes on the walls. At one point we though the toilet was broken. Front staff was great!! Hoping that changing restroom fixtures is part of the current renovations they’re going through.
