The room is not clean, the carpet is dirty with previous pet’s vomits and food; toilet is very dirty, it is very uncomfortable to use it;, sink is clogged.

Bathroom was not clean. Room was suppose to be a queen bed and was a full. The bed was comfy minus the flat pillows. Hotel smelled like fish and weed.

Nice and clean, great staff, good breakfast.
The refrigerator was not cold. It was turned all the way up. When I asked, they said they didn’t get cold. Not sure why a hotel would buy room refrigerators that don’t get cold.
Other than that, good value for the money.

Smell of stale cigarettes was unbearable. Non-smoking hotel but it must have been smoking at some point because that’s all my children & I could smell. Unless you’re a smoker or have no sense of smell I would not recommend. We requested a room with a bathtub and was given an ADA room but the tub was dirty & water would not drain. Breakfast area was small, food was cold & attendant could not keep up with messy guests. Staff were kind & courteous.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, they provided me another room when the freeway noise was an issue. I very much appreciated them going the extra mile.

Staff was very helpful. Check in was quick. Rooms were very clean, beds very comfortable. Ample towels. Spacious rooms with nice sized shower. I only missed not having a hair dryer and iron (because who travels with them these days?). Also, the elevator was temperamental so we used the stairs. I would definitely stay here again.

No review. It was a notch above the average stay. Getting on and off the street was a bit challenging during normal commute hours.

Our stay was awesome
The only bad thing was the air conditioner. It was soooo loud! Made it really hard to sleep.
