Nice low budget hotel. Nice pool and patio area. Very friendly staff!

I was tired, but we still enjoyed the stay very much. RT at the desk was awesome!

The owners of this motel are amazing, very friendly and will answer any questions you may home. The rooms are very clean and bug free. We love staying here.

Rooms were clean with towels and sheets that smelled clean. TV had great selection of channels. Pool was chilly but available. It was quiet at night and completely safe. There are woods on the back side and a small deer was walking through.

A simple, affordable, no frills place to stay in Eureka Springs that's a quick drive from nearly anything you want to do there.

Owner was unfriendly at check in and when the power went out due to storm no updates were given and no one checked on guests, they locked the office and were nowhere to be found

have to say this place was surprisely nice. it was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the room was very big. the part we did not care for was the pool was not open yet. the breakfast did not look that good but you could make your own waffles. the workers were very nice.

The minute we entered our room and saw the view out the window filling the back wall, we knew we had a peaceful home for out two-night stay.

Outside is old but very nice inside. Good for old people who like Victorian-style decorations.

We’ve stayed at Ozarka Lodge three times and each time we are impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms. Also, we have always been greeted with friendliness and the check-in process has always been smooth. Also, easy location to walk to a couple of restaurants and easy to catch an Uber into downtown if needed.

We stayed here for a wedding anniversary. The room we got has a hot tub in the room next to the bed. We slept very well and it was good to see the manager again after a few years. She’s a gentle soul. If you’re tv isn’t getting the cable channels when you get there make sure the hdmi cable on the tv is plugged into slot 1.

I took the kiddos on a weekend get away. The staff was fairly nice and the place was clean. If course it's an older hotel, so it was tricky to plug in phone chargers for everyone. The only real downside was the beds themselves. Very firm. We had a hard time sleeping comfortably.

Coffee pot was not cleaned and tub was not clean

The proprietor is very welcoming. The hotel was located close to an event that we went to, and we were able to walk to it. It is right off the main roads and has easy highway access.

Ozarka Lodge is an old two-story property which has been refurnished/renovated/redecorated in almost every way. It has many excellent features including but not exclusive to comfort, cleanliness and location. But my two favorite features of Ozarka Lodge are as follows. 1. The proprietors. Wow--such attention to detail and a sincere desire to serve. It was truly a blessing to be taken care of by this sweet couple. 2. The set-up. The row of rooms is only one-room deep. Every room has ... a front door (facing the parking lot, road and village) AND a back door (facing the back yard, pool and most important to us, the beautiful and peaceful woods). All 2nd-story rooms have a balcony walkway on the front AND a balcony for relaxing on the back. Caveat--there are four rooms with hot tubs (or jacuzzi bathtubs?) which probably don't fit this description. We had everything we needed or wanted and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Thank you!

Older hotel but clean with comfortable bed. Close to downtown and Passion Play. Breakfast left a lot to be desired.

The property was clean. The staff was not at all friendly. She was very rude.

Centrally located, had no problem finding a place to eat, staff was really biker friendly as well as all the other establishments.

Hotel was clean and well kept up. Pool was nice great views. Good Value. Only issue was internet was slow at night but was fine the next day.

The beds were a little firm for me. I like a softer bed. Don't get to breakfast right at 7:30 because the waffle maker wasn't ready. But the owner was amazing and the room was very clean. Will definitely return!!!

No coffee or breakfast that was almost nothing to start with before 8 am. And there was nothing after 9 am only one pot of coffee made.but it is what it is.

Was extremely clean. Service was great. However, if you are looking for a continental breakfast with meat, this is not the place for you. They do not eat meat. Nor, do they serve it. Other than that, it was fabulous.

Honestly the lady at the front desk in the evening/night shift was wonderful and so accomodating. I walked in three nights in a row to get a room and she was so helpful! Clean, friendly, convenient.

This was our third "girls trip" and our third time to stay at Ozarka Lodge. The lodge is not "fancy" but it is clean, comfortable, centrally located and affordable. Owner is very friendly and helpful.
