Booked room here based on reveiws we saw on hotels.com. Wow, they were wrong. The bed sheets were stained, the window by refrigerator didn't lock and there was brown marks on the wall. We checked in and were given a handicap room, what if someone that was handcapped needed a room? There wasn't a chain to lock the door so we put the ottoman up against it.

Unrelated for the room being designed for handicapped people 4. Dirty floors 5. Dirty mirrors 6. No one came in to clean the room 7. The room was musty so I had to keep either the A/C on or opened a window 8. I was handed a remote to the TV letting me know folks steal from this place. 9. Shady property or maybe they're remolding but it didn't match the photo 10. Didn't trust the check-in dude. Kept a close eye on him swiping my card multiple times and checking my bank statements. Never again will I stay here, even for one night. This is what I get for going cheap.

The room was great! Wish there were more outlets, but no biggie! Overall a great experience with tiny parking spaces.

The room was clean. Besides 2 small individually wrapped soap bars, no other toiletries were provided, no hair dryer either. The bath towels are too small. There were only 2 and 2 wash cloths. The towel/mat we used it for the shower floor as it was super slippery. As I looked at pictures when booking the rooms, I noticed that in the pictures there were small refrigerator and microwave but our rooms did not have either nor was their a coffee pot. We also noticed that the fire alarm unit was removed, only the hole and wires were there. We did have a small rectangular table with 1 chair, a TV and a wall AC that worked nicely. The staff was ok. Overall our stay here was just ok. There was nothing special for us to say we would book here again.

Was not in the nicest condition but we just needed a place to sleep and shower. really hated the bar of soap felt like I was washing myself with a rubber wash cloth never felt like that before with a bar of soap

When u read the reviews they r pretty bad so i was concerned cuz it was the cheepest room n sd. But very pleased. The bldg is old but its ku. Im not boogie and its not luxary but it will do this everytime i come in. I say if u got a good price then this is the perfect room. I recommend and am very satisfied

This is a very budget friendly, clean, basic motel decor, cozy room.. Perfect for quick trips, where being in the hotel is to sleep and get gone. Private, off street parking, we always request the small bungalows, they seem more private, and nobody above or below you ;). Nothing fancy by any means, but definitely a good stay for price.. We've stayed many times, to access Silverstrand Beach and the Amphitheater for concerts.. But, we are not in need of "amenities" or in need of newer facilities. Never any issues with unsavory individuals walking around, or feeling "unsafe" or being "on gaurd" that you sometimes get at some motels in the same area and price range.

they put a 100 dollar hold on my account that wasn’t told to me beforehand and then not returned until checkout. This was in addition to the room rate. I had to be given a remote control with my room key?? Never had this done before. Also in your listing on Expedia it stated that they offered roll away beds free of charge,this is one of the reasons i picked the room, they do not. And we’re adamantly clear about it. The rooms weren’t bad just not great would have been better with better with good customer service.
