Worst experience of my life to travel in a hotel in Europe.
I booked a full room and paid for it.
The morning of my reservation I got a call from the hotel saying that it was an issue with my room that I was going to have a smaller room with one single bed instead of the double bed (the price difference was twice 120 euros vs 60) and that I was going to have a refund.
I called and text the person who called me and she never answered. I contacted hotel.com but the owner refused to paid me back. Not sure if I will not pursue this with law enforcement or not but this is stealing !

I was there for almost 1 week and only got my room cleaned once. The office is only open a few hours and I left before they opened and got back after they closed each day. You have to check in between 12pm-4pm to not pay an additional fee.
