Hotel is at an excellent location in Ensenada. Staff is friendly and place is clean. I always stay at this hotel when visiting.

Beautiful hotel. Staff are very welcoming. Rooms seemed to be recently renovated, clean with nice amenities. The hotel has a private pool and hot tub in the back. Didn’t have a chance to use it but I look forward to coming back to use all the hotel’s amenities. Bar was under construction but looks promising. My family and I are definitely coming back to this hotel.

The area is very convenient. Everything within walking distance. The front desk was not friendly. We arrived 30 minutes early and wanted to charge me for the 30 minutes. We decided to wait in the foyer. Once we received the keys and were about to walk out the door, we were called back and told we would need to wait an extra 1/2 hour because our room was not ready. We were given another room and it had a double bed. We went downstairs to complain that we had reserved for a King size bed. Front desk said they had given us an upgrade, that incoming customers had priority over our reservation. It was basically a take it or leave it attitude. We were very uncomfortable on a smaller bed. The spa was dirty. There was a film around the spa and had floating dirty suds. On the other hand, breakfast options and service was wonderful.

Great central location within walking distance to a lot of good restaurants and shops, amazingly attentive staff, safe parking in courtyard with 24 hour security, clean rooms that are thoughtfully appointed with coffee maker, loofahs, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in eco-friendly bulk dispensers. There is a large commercial grade coffee maker in the lobby and the staff is very good at keeping fresh coffee going. The rooms have full length mirrors (important to women) as well as an iron and ironing board. There are plenty of outlets to charge electronics and also each side of the bed has plugs for phones, CPAP, etc. My only comment is the rooms need dressers and/or more storage. It would have been very helpful to have a dresser or more storage.

Clean updated rooms. Convenient next to the main tourist street in Ensenada but that means you can hear some nightlife noise at night, but fortunately it is far from the big nightclubs farther down the strip.

All the Staff are super Friendly and Accessible when you ask for help. We went on a fishing trip and left super early and the had the Coffee ready at 4 am for us.

Looks like razors were in property, just party goers and unfortunate time to stay. Also no parking because razor cars were parked on car parking spots. I know razor cars are part of this area but don’t know it to well
