Nice stay. Nice roomy room. The bed was a little too firm for my taste but everything else was nice.

I know this is probably typical for a higher end hotel but paying for parking and holding money from my account since last week when everything has cleared otherwise, not cool. The outside hot tub jets weren’t always in working order, and there was a shortage of towels when needed. Also I expected to have the beach right there and there was a walk to get to it. But on a positive note loved the jacuzzi in the room and the king bed and pillows, fabulous. My children appreciated the fitness center. But on our next trip I’ll be checking out another place to stay, that includes breakfast and has no parking fee.

We got in late and didn’t stay long, but everything was clean and worked great for a quick overnight stay. We walked to publix in the morning and it wasn’t too far.

Internet connection is poor. No instructions from front desk at all. She just hand you the keys without sharing where all the amenities located.
Room and bathroom is outdated. The toilet is lower than normal.

A very good hotel. Great service and location at the beach. They even cooked my grand daughter some eggs gratis!
Had some beach toys on hand for her as well! Could t be happier with the stay.

We had a roach in our room. Water pressure was terrible. Overall dated rooms. Bistro prices crazy. But location is amazing!

Our room was super dirty and smelled. Both beds had sheets with stains on them that we had to have changed. Was disappointed for the price point of this hotel and what we were paying for.

Great views, awesome location, decent room. Definitely a great option if you’re looking to enjoy the beach and local attractions. While the room and shower were on the smaller/older side, everything was clean and comfortable. Definitely some of the better accommodations in the neighborhood. Grounds were nice, parking was a little tough but safe lot, off the street.
Air conditioner was ICE cold which is nice on a 99 degree day.
Wouldn’t recommend the food downstairs tbh, but the drinks were pretty nice!

Beautiful room and the check in staff were great. Very close to the beach and about a 40 minute walk to the Pier but SO worth it. The room was clean and very comfortable. Would absolutely stay again!

Your beds are SO OLD and way too lumpy and soft! We requested newer/firmer pillows and received even older/ tired ones.
