The only small issue I had was that I felt the “hot food “ for breakfast was more tepid than hot. Apart from that slight issue we found our stay to be fantastic,great location,great choice for breakfast and a lovely spacious room with a very comfortable bed.

The hotel was lovely, good breakfast options and fantastic location. Bar service was not great, after waiting for half an hour to be served, they had ran out of beer and white wine and barman was telling customers the bar was shut (10pm).

Exceptionally good service, clean and tidy. 3 mins walk to the main square. Would definitely go back to this hotel.
Doctors bar over the road has fantastic food.

It is a great hotel in a great location, Breakfast was very good, and The room was a good size and comfortable with a decent bathroom

Having to ask to get your room cleaned for the price you pay it should be cleaned every day, queuing at reception just to ask for a bin to be emptied or toilet role was a pain
The shower could have been better
My room faced into the hotel concourse, which meant there was no natural light, and you had to go downstairs every morning just to check the weather

The hotel is walking distance to the main market square and old town hall. There are so many restaurants within the vicinity. I can highly recommend it to anyone visiting Wroclaw🇵🇱. Warning, please be very careful if booking this Hotel. After checking out and leaving the Hotel they charged me without my authorization or knowledge a large cleaning fee for allegedly smoking in my room. This is completely false as I have never smoked in my life. The room had a very slight smell of smoke when I checked in and only got worse during my stay but nothing to do with me. I am still in dispute with the Hotel over this false claim and it feels like fraud by the Hotel and it's turned into a very bad experience. Book at your own risk....

Location was fantastic a minutes walk from the main square, room was clean and well stocked with kettle coffee machine and fridge.
