The property is old and musty. The room we reserved through Expedia wasn’t available for first night and said would have a double queen instead but it was not that either. Old worn loveseat instead of second bed. There were fingernail clippings on the floor and the coffee tray had grime in it, and hair in the ice bucket. I found a spider in one of the towels. Moved to 2nd room as originally booked for 2nd night and the door lock was hard to open. We overslept checkout but instead of calling or knocking, someone just opened the door. Glad I had the chain on but was not decent.

The room I stayed in needed some desperate need of updating. There was mated looking carpet that appeared disgusting. On the plus side, it was clean.

The property was very quite. Didnt hear dogs or loud music. There was people living there full time which is fine because it didnt bother us. The room was clean and the hot tub bath was very nice. The pool was clean and cold. Cheap and convenient.

It is outdated but it looks like they are trying their best to keep it up. The carpet needs pulled and the chairs had stains. I didn’t see any bugs. it’s just on the run down side and I think a few people may actually live there. The bed sheets were clean and the bathroom was clean. I had a microwave and refrigerator. However, there should be a deadbolt on the door. I’d stay there again for the price. The older man that checked me in was super sweet. I can understand how hard it is with how expensive everything is to keep prices low and places nice.

I had a large cockroach crawling on my arm the 2nd night, then found more in my bed and the bathroom My daughter had multiple bites after she’d been in her bed, but mosquitoes are busy this summer. But the 2nd night, we’d been laying in our beds and she had far more bites, and I had a few bites. We hadn’t been outside much either day. Presumably, they were bed bug bites. I called the office, and they did refund my money. We couldn’t get away fast enough.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The microwave in the room didn't work and they got us a replacement immediately. The hotel is outdated and the beds need to be replaced. The toilet sits pretty low. That made it difficult for my mother to get off of with her bad knees. We did find a couple of bed bugs. It looked like they have been dealing with them because the mattresses had a plastic cover on them.

This was a very clean room at an awesome price! The only thing was it was advertised as ‘mountain view’ and I couldn’t see it. But that was fine, we even came back later for another room. I would come here again ( I already have! )

I loved that when we arrived there was an envelope on the office door with my name on it that had our receipt and room number enclosed. The key was in the room. Easiest motel check in ever! I liked that we had a smoking room. Those don't hardly exist anymore. The jacuzzi tub worked great even though the on button falls off. It was way better than the one in the Cliff Cottage suite I paid over $200 to stay in a couple of years ago. I actually hope they don't update this place because $74 for a romantic suite is awesome! We will definitely be back as long as the price stays low.

A basic older property, could use some maintenance and upgrade. Was able to get my room changed to a ground floor. Expect the back units would have had a nice view of the wooded area behind the motel. Bed could have been more comfortable.
