I've been stayin here now for about 3 weeks. Andy at the front desk made sure that we were beyond good each stay. Pravaan was nice as well. Overall the location was easy to access, the staff is cool and who don't loveeeeee free breakfast? We will return when needed!

The bedding had bloodstains on it. They booked my room to someone else while I was staying in it. They came in my room with their key (to my room). I was completely uncomfortable after that.

The front desk clerk spoke with such a heavy accent he was barely intelligible. The lobby smelled of marijuana. The carpets in the hallways and rooms were nasty, our room smelled of smoke and marijuana so bad that we had to leave. My wife has asthma and could not tolerate the smell. My Father in Law also has breathing issues and was starting to wheeze. We were very disappointed and ended up walking out about 5 minutes after getting to our rooms. We understood that there was no way to get a refund but couldn't spend the night is those conditions.

Location not so bad...the elavator was dirty, the floormats had a bad smell...once the elevator wasnot working properly ...the receptionist/ kitchen staff didnot mind that the utensil fall on the ground he just putvit up for use

There was trash on the floor in the hotel room and saw a cockroach on the bedsheets. Faucet in the shower about to fall out of the wall. There was no housekeeping staff and the room was not cleaned at all in the 3 nights that we stayed there. It smelled like someone was cooking all the time on the 4th floor.

The place is very dirty. We just left two hours later and booked for almost the same price at Hampton Inn by Hilton about 8 min from there and the difference is abismal. We don’t recommend Quality Inn to anybodoy.

People sitting around outside and then we canceled the room after we saw it the front desk still took our money like we didn’t even come there. The hotel didn’t smell good at all. Women was getting dropped off and didn’t have on any clothes. Just to much going on outside in the parking lot. I will never

We got there and the elevator didn’t work. We had to climb 4 flights of stairs with all our luggage with no help. Also housekeeping only cleaned the room 1 time and we were there 4 nights

The bed was comfortable and it was a good price. The key cards stopped working pretty much every time we left the room and in room AC unit was quite noisy.
