This hotel is stuck in the 60’s. Only thing updated is the mattress. Pool and hot tub were not open. Room cramped with stained rugs through out. Ridiculously priced and didn’t even offer the guests a free cup of coffee!

The air conditioner was noisy. Parking wasn’t nearby. Had to go up 5 steps before you got to the elevator.

This property is among one of the best locations in Jackson Hole. The outside is absolutely beautiful. The inside needs some renovations. Beds were great and the amenities were really good. Just a great area.

I think I would have gotten a better room for the price if I hadn't used Expedia. My friends' room had microwave and fridge. And overall the price was very high for a run down average hotel. Fan did not work in bathroom but I didn't discover right away and we didn't feel like moving rooms so we didn't ask. I did ask for an electric kettle at the front desk and he said sure, we'll send one. It it never came & and when I went back to ask the same guy he said, "I don't think we have that". Thanks for letting me know not to keep waiting! Love the location, and the Alpenhof ambiance, but not coming back!

Biggest problem we had was elevatir wanted to keep stopping at the 2nd floor when no one was there and it diesnt have "close door" button. Our room was comfortable. The location is great being AWAY from downtown Jackson !!!! All nearby restaurants are pricey but we expected that. They are pricey in Jackson as well. We would stay here again.

We woke up to the person with the leaf blower at 7 am. That was not a great way to wake up.

Room spacious

I found the staff to be helpful and polite, however the dining hours were very limited and the needs we're uncomfortable, one was partially broke and thin pillows. We were able to get more pillows but that didn't help the bed. Also, you need to know even on the first floor you have to carry your luggage up a short flight of stairs.

The room was decent. The sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. The hot tub was not working and the sauna was old, but adequate. No breakfast, ok, but no coffee except for the little pot in the room, which is like no coffee. So overall, three stars.

Beautiful unique place. Some fresh clean carpets are needed. Comfortable bed/bedding and spacious. Such a great property - can totally take it to next level with few much needed updates.

Old and run down, pictures are not what it really is. Very overpriced no elevator to the lobby.you may fall through the outside deck. Door knob on deck door fell off in my hand. Very few electrical outlets they have to use a power strip looks like a fire hazard.

I liked the concept of the property but the carpets are worn and need replaced, and the property needs updated.

This property is a disgrace. It is tired and desperately needs a remodel. The carpet was so filthy I wouldn’t walk on it without my shoes on. I have never done that in my years of traveling for work. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels.

The restaurant manager and staff were amazing. The food was delicious. The place had the look and feel like they were the step-child of a bigger corporation. It's a beautiful and fun little hotel. I hope they remodel.
