This was a nice night however, i asked for the romantic package and when we arrived they told me i didnt confirm with them. This was disappointing because i called to ask for the package 4 weeks in advance and someone just didnt do their job.

Everything was nice although a pond trying to take a shower it took forever for the water to get hot at least 15 - 20 minutes. Room was very comfortable, quiet and enjoyable.

We went to the Charleston area to see my son who's in the Navy and stationed there.. the room was clean and spacious. The beds were quite comfortable. The staff was friendly. I was able to get an early check in with no issues, and I loved the noon checkout... We didn't eat at the hotel because we were never able to find it open.. likely due to the holiday weekend or just bad timing on our part, however there are plenty of options in the area.( We would love to see the bar open later in the evening) Toast and Ruby Sunshine are great breakfast options. The close proximity to Charleston made it super easy to explore the downtown area. I will definitely stay at this hotel on my next trip up. I hope this helps..

The front desk lady Savannah was extremely nice and helpful.you need more people like her at the front desk. Property is well kept i stay here each time i come into west ashley..everything is nice here but please change the mattress in 222 it had to many humps but overall i love the hotel

Very clean, very nice place to stay. Will be our repeat hotel of choice for this area. Pool was nice. Rooms were luxurious.

The property, room, pool, exercise room, laundry room and restaurant were very good. It would have been better if there was one more pillow that was a bit softer. The shower was nice and large but floor pan was slippery. We requested a late checkout because our dog was at the Veterinary Specialty clinic having major surgery for 2 pm when he was to be released. They agreed. We bought a $38.00 Steak Kabob the evening before for our large dog who had the surgery. He had not eaten anything in over 24 hours and wanted him to have a good healthy meal rather than just dry dog food. We went to eat lunch out and came back to the room at 12: 30 and they had cleaned our room emptying the refrigerator and threw out the Steak Kabob for our dog plus our drinks.

We were pleased with the cleanliness and the comfortable beds. The service was excellent. The only thing that were disappointed with was the only option for breakfast on the weekends was a $25 buffet.

Friendly staff and good value with a great mattress. I’d recommend this hotel over nearby franchise hotels.

It was easy to get to the heart of Charleston and the dining options werent to far whenever we decided to eat around the hotel and not in the city

This was a very comfortable stay! The restaurant had everything I needed, especially during a tropical storm. The staff is super friendly and helpful. My room was a good size and and really comfortable, everything was clean and in good shape. Good coffee in the in-room keurig. Excellent value and amazingly convenient to the airport and downtown. I’d stay there again!

We were expecting slightly better area and slightly better hotel. The name has inn ans suite in it. But it is not, It is more like a motel. The area is dull. Not much around the area. The staff are not very welcoming.

I Always stay there often when I come to Charleston. Big beds clean comfortable and Bruce and his coworkers are the best.

Everything was wonderful. The night check in person was wonderful and so was the morning desk person. The only problem that I had was with the housekeeper that kept knocking on my door at ( until I got up)9 am to ask me when I was checking out. Remember that check out time is noon. So why come 3 hours before wake me up to ask when I am leaving?
